Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time. Bobby, the technician who came in both times was excellent in providing options and workmanship was very good.

We called Precision on a Saturday morning as our spring broke in our door and could not get our car out. Roberto arrived the same day at 1 PM and replaced the spring. We were very pleased with the service and the repairs that were done. Roberto is an excellent service man and explained everything to us before he even started. Job well done and I would recommed them to all.

The Service Tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also secured the brackets and sprayed all the springs, wheels and tracks with silicone. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would give him a 5 rating

The technician was very professional, but did not have the part needed on the initial service call. Second service call resulted in the part installed malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Third service call was a success, but seems that the motor does not function as well as was expected, with the door going up slower then before.

HAD GREAT SERVICE! Only one issue: It would be nice if the window of service quoted from 9am-1pm could be more precise. At 9:15 I called to ask if they knew what the technician's schedule was. I was told that they didn't know but they would ask him to call me back. I stayed home from work only to get a call at 1pm from the technician saying that he was still 35 minutes away. Your schedules I know depends on the type of work encountered, but the courtesy of an update on timing would have been greatly appreciated. When the technician did arrive, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Thanks.

My experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was a pleasure. I called late Saturday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised that a service call on the weekend was free, as long as service was done. I was given a window time of 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. They followed up with an e-mail confirmation as well as a bio of the Technician, Roberto (Bobby) with a picture so I knew who to expect. On Sunday morning the Technician called at 8:15 to tell me he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived soon after that. He explained to my husband & I what needed to be done & what our options were as well as prices. We were very happy with price too. We chose the full replacement of the parts with a lifetime warranty. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & didn't try to intimidate us into buying what we didn't need. He completed the job in a timely manner & after he was done explained in detail what he had replaced.
