After an extensive research and review of garage door manufacturers and service providers, Precision Door stood out as the best of the best. I have contacted several other garage door service providers and was not completely satisfied with their customer service and prices. Precision was the only service provider that provided a free lifetime warranty on ALL their products and services. Precision does provide a high level of quality and value! Their technician was very professional and courteous. He had superior knowledge of garage doors and all that it took to fix their problems. I was not present for the repair but it was done promptly. Tech was late but called to advise me. Door works again and he did do a general inspection...given that the installation is now over 13 years old he identified some issues for future consideration. I did notice that when I received an email copy of the invoice there were some additional services identified as being offered at the time of the service which my son said were never discussed. While the initial repair call was for broken rollers...I may have taken advantage of the more extensive service options had I been made aware of them at the time....
