Sean & Danny were very professional and courteous. They did a very good job on the door installation and explained the opener & remote functions. If asked, "Precision" would definetly be recommended for garage door installaion or repair. Tim made an excellent presention and sold us on your company to provide the garage door. Excellent team!!!

Our house was vandalized and he gave us a good price on a door replacement. He was informative, respectful, and professional. When we settle with the insurance company we will be calling you back.

Dear Sir: I would like to take a moment to say how very pleased and satisfied I was with the technician that assisted me with my garage issues. Alex was very helpful and very informative. He maintained a very professional level of workmanship throughout the time he was repairing my garage door. He was punctual and completed the work within a timely manner but did so unrushed even though it was a service call later in the evening and accommodated me. Alex is indeed a great asset to your company and because of his skill and expertise, I would recommend your company to my friends and relatives and co-workers. Thank you again. Kindest regards, Trista V. Baker

Tech did an outstanding job, was very timely in the install everything looks and was great. After he left I didn't even have a business card to thank him and the company email was from "management" ? And also the other invoice email didn't have the attachment so I would have a copy of my bill. Technology is great, but a card and receipt would have also been.

Bobby Rivera did an excellent job of installation and of selling your upgrade packages. Of the three companies I called on a Sunday morning, you were the first to respond.

I chose Precision having read the reviews. Eric from Precision called us to tell when he would be at at home....and what do you know...he was on time! Eric was friendly and professional. He saw the apparent problem immediately, but still took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door and all its components. He did the repair quickly and then lubed and the moving parts. He stuck to the quote. No extra fees. The best part of this experience was that my wife and I both agree that the garage door now works better and is a lot quieter than it was when it was new. Got a garage door concern/ PRECISION IS THE ANSWER!

I had a broken spring but the technician also serviced the door/opener. The door went from being loud and rattly to whisper quiet and smooth. He was prompt, courtious, and thouroughly explained the options and costs available to fix and service the door.

I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option. Bobby was finished in an hour, demonstrated and explained the repair. An excellent experience all the way around.

I was impressed with Eric. He is a master of his trade. He treated me like a long time customer and most importantly took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. The personal attention I received was welcomed. Keep up the great work Eric. I hope your employer recognizes your talent. Sincerely, Charles Smith

The service man called before he came, was on time, explained every procedure to me and the reasons why work was needed. His work was done well and afterwards he showed me what he did and how much better the door works. Excellent service! Thanks!
