Precision repaired our garage door opener in our residence up north in a timely manner, and the reason I chose them for my recent repair in our Florida home. Technician Tyler arrived right on schedule, and performed a major overhaul on my 25+ year old system (totaled). His work is impeccable, and I will definitely choose Precision in the future. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the services and completed work of Precision. The office personnel did a nice job, were pleasant and answered all of my questions. Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. By listening to our concerns, he gave us 2 solutions to consider. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. He did not overwhelm us with options so it was easy to make a decision. However, he was clear that if we wanted further options he would provide them. He completed the work in a timely manner and then met with us to go over the work. Tyler was very pleasant and professional as he completed the analysis and work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

If you have any issues with your garage, recommend contacting Precision Door Service!! They sent their technician’s profile and qualifications prior to his arrival. Tommy was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and gave us all the options to address the problem without attempting to upsell us. He empowered a sense of trust which was important to me. He also and offered hints and tips to keep the garage doors operating efficiently.

Decided to go with another company to do the repair for a significantly less amount and did not require full payment before the work was done.

Purchased a Lift Master Door opener in 2021 from D&D. Called D&D for service and stated it was the opener, and the service receptionist did not know if they could fix it. A friend referred me to Precision, they fixed it. Simple as that, D&D sells them, but can't fix them, Go Figure? Thank You Tyrone, he knew his Lift Master Openers.

Tyrone was wonderfully personable and professional and was able to come the very next day. He fixed the immediate problems and recommended a long-term solution that made sense. We enjoyed having him come out and would happily recommend the company. This was the second time we called Precision, and we also appreciated the way the call center still had all of our information and made us feel welcomed back. We originally found out about the company through radio ads, which we were happy to discover are still being broadcast.

I had an issue where the manual release cord got caught in the garage door while it was being opened causing it to close abruptly and hard. I saw the problem, but could not get the door to work. Precision came out within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. Eyron fixed the issue and then showed me why the door closed so hard. He strengthened the existing springs and now the door works perfectly. Al this for what I thought was a reasonable price. I will only use Precision from now on for my garage door needs.
