My garage door suddenly stopped working i.e., door would not go up or down. I called Precision and was impressed with the Customer Service agent. She was professional and friendly. Lance called showed up on time. Lance took the time to determine the problem. Then he explained his solution so it was easy for me to understand. What a lovely person. Very knowledgeable. Lance also explained what he recommended I do in the future. I will be calling Precision in the next six months for a new unit. He even gave me a ball park figure so I can save for it. Double garage door broke, stuck in down position. It was Sunday night at 4:00 pm. Called Precision and they scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. Zeb came at 8:15 and had new springs and motor set up by 11:00. Great, fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Several years ago, I purchased two garage door openers from Precision. I was very impressed with the quality of the products they used and the professionalism of the crew they sent out to do the installation. I just recently had need of their services when the garage door spring broke on another garage door located on my property. Once again, I was very impressed with their installation of both new springs and a new garage door opener. They walked me through the capabilities of the new system and also programmed my car electronics so I could open the garage door with my car electronics. So, would o use them again? I wouldn’t use anyone else. MK

When I made my appointment with precision, I was told that they would come out and check my garage door to see if there was anything wrong and I was told this would be free of charge. Once the repair man arrived, and he checked my door over he made, a minor suggestion that would cost me quite a bit of money so I told him no thank you. He didn’t informed me that I had to pay him for his time and gas for coming out. I told him I was under the impression when I made the appointment it was a free Visit and check and I would only pay if I had you do anything. He said no that I owed him the money so I went ahead and paid. The repair man was nice, but do not use this company. They tell you one thing and then do something else. I am not happy with them at all.
