My Technician, Tyler W. arrived within the requested time and preceded his arrival with a phone call. Tyler was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Once I explained the various issues with the garage door and the performance, Tyler offered various options from a simple fix to long term solutions for a dependable operating fix going forward for the 11-year-old system. Each price point was explained in detail and the benefits of each option. Great interaction with Tyler, who clearly enjoys his job, did his work quickly and efficiency. Pleasure to do business with this company.

They were out to my home within a couple hours of calling and fixed my garage rollers and tension spring and motor for a fraction of what other people were quoting. Called Thursday evening after my garage door would not open. Was given an appointment for 8am Friday morning. Chris the technician arrived right on time and immediately recognized that one of the springs had broken. He provided a reasonable estimate and had the door operating again in less than two hours. He was professional and explained several things that I should do to help keep the door operating well in the future. The service from the response to my call to through the repair process could not have been better. This was the second time I used Precision - replaced the motor two years ago - and another great example of superior service.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service at two properties since 2018. My experience has always been very positive. The techs are courteous and very knowledgeable. Today, I had a garage keypad replaced and the tech, Chris, was very professional and personable. I sensed that he really cared to make the service call positive; it was not just a job for him. He also checked that all the components of the garage door worked well, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this tech and this company.

Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

Had the pleasure of getting Logan K as my Service Professional. He diagnosed my door problems and gave me three options of repair. He was pleasant and professional. Willy Rodrigues was our technician for an emergency repair of a broken garage door spring on a Saturday afternoon while I had guests visiting from England, locking the car up in the garage. Willy answered the call very promptly , as promised and after an explanation of the suggested repair process, finished the job with the promised time frame, very professionally. My regular garage co. promised and not keep their word and were on available Monday the following week, which was very inconvenient . Willy did great JOB, PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.
