I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with your company, but most especially the gentleman that you have representing your company. Jose was my service tech and he went above and beyond!!! I had originally met with Mo Better garage door co and I was lied to and not only did they not service the door correctly, I paid for replacement rollers and they didn't even put the bottom one on because it was too difficult! On the other hand, Jose was exceptional, He was honest with me about the issues with the door and went out of his way to fix what the Mo Better screwed up, but then he made it better that it was to begin with. You have an amazing asset to your company in Jose!!! He should get a raise!!!

I had an emergency when my garage door couldn't open, and I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR Service. They immediately sent a technician. The tech was "Tom", who was extremely professional and technically experienced. He replaced the motor and chain, adjusted the torsion on the springs, installed a new hand set on the wall, etc. Everything was done in about 2 hours and I was good-to-go!
