What started with the keypad failing began the eventual failure of my garage door controls and the motor. I had used another company for annual servicing, but I had not been happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of them. I was given an appointment for the next day. Thanks to the professionalism, understanding of the multi problems with my existing system, Karter tackled each with equanimity and work ethics usually found in someone of greater experience and age. Jose the tech was an outstanding ambassador for the company as was the tel. rep who scheduled my initial appointment, basically within a couple of hours of my call on a Saturday late morning! Although Prince & Mitch seemed to do an excellent job with the installation of my new garage door, I was not pleased when it came time to pay!!! There was too much confusion when I was prepared to pay the balance due, Mitch had to call Lety so that she could try to explain it to me. She also sent email to me that included “a missing invoice” ~ after this almost 3 hour visit, I’m still confused & just feeling as if I’ve paid too much for what I got!
