I noticed some clunking sound when opening our garage door and called Precision Garage Door, a service I have used before. I wanted to forestall a situation where I could not open or close the garage door. This was on a Friday, and they were able to set me up for an appointment on Monday between 8-10am. At 7:30 am I received a call from the technician, Chris Bernard. He said he would arrive about 9:15. He came on time and I explained what I was concerned about. After listening to the door and examining it Chris asked me to come out to the garage. Chris pointed out the problems he saw with the door and made sure that I understood and saw what the problems were that he had discovered. He explained that, the door being 30 years old, it really needed, to be replaced, but he provided several options to ensure that the door would function until we decided to replace it. I have used this company before and have been satisfied with their work and the technicians that came to my home. Chris was very thoughtful and careful and made sure I understood the condition of the garage door without any pressure to choose a particular solution. Since we could not replace the door at this time, we chose to have him replace the springs and rollers. He did not simply replace the springs and rollers but checked all the hinges, replaced and striped screws and cleaned and lubricated the track. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the work he did and very appreciative of the way he interacted with us. His professionalism is a credit to Precision Garage Doors as an employer and its responsibility to the consumer.

Everything needed was on the truck -- no wait for parts to be ordered. After an inspection, I was offered options (with prices) for additional parts and services. There was no "up-selling" pressure -- just a straightforward presentation of the options. The agreed upon tasks were timely completed, and the technicians performed in a workmanlike manner. Precision Door (PD) replaced my 19 year old garage door opener and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service. The technician (Jose E.) notified me when en route and he, along with his trainee, arrived on time. Both technicians were professional, polite, and courteous, and are a positive reflection on the management of this company. My garage door was making a cranking noise as it opened and closed. Appointment time was set for between 12 and 2. The technician arrived right after 12. He replaced the coil and bearings and lubricated the door. Prompt, professional service.

I really can't say enough about our positive experience with Precision Garage Door Services. The spring on our door broke late on a Saturday. I had seen Precision's trucks in our area before so I looked them up and called. Their response, on a Saturday afternoon was amazing! From the moment my phone call was answered to the time their technician, Josue Pagan drove off everything related to the replacement of our garage door spring was handled smoothly and professionally. We had full information via text on Joshua's arrival time and even his professional profile! Josue quickly evaluated the spring and its mounting, actually weighed the door (not an easy task), determined the size of a new spring required, and then spent over an hour in our hot garage installing the spring. He was friendly, polite and professional and gave us full detail on the type of spring recommended for the door, its cost and the warranty that would follow installation. Before leaving he reset the electronics and chain drive of our garage door opener and made sure the remote signal from both of our cars' visors was functioning. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services for all garage door maintenance and service needs.

Was putting a new bottom seal on my door when I took notice the door was out of balance. Upon releasing automatic garage door opener and manually opening and closing garage door I noticed springs had no tension left in them allowing the door to just freefall to the floor as well as causing out of balance issue. Called Precision Doors immediately (2;00 pm) and they sent a technician out (Chris Peraza) within a couple of hours and by 6;00pm door was as good as new. From the gentleman that took my initial call and set the appointment to Chris the technician everything was such a pleasure and they both were both professional and friendly. Thank you
