I really can't say enough about our positive experience with Precision Garage Door Services. The spring on our door broke late on a Saturday. I had seen Precision's trucks in our area before so I looked them up and called. Their response, on a Saturday afternoon was amazing! From the moment my phone call was answered to the time their technician, Josue Pagan drove off everything related to the replacement of our garage door spring was handled smoothly and professionally. We had full information via text on Joshua's arrival time and even his professional profile! Josue quickly evaluated the spring and its mounting, actually weighed the door (not an easy task), determined the size of a new spring required, and then spent over an hour in our hot garage installing the spring. He was friendly, polite and professional and gave us full detail on the type of spring recommended for the door, its cost and the warranty that would follow installation. Before leaving he reset the electronics and chain drive of our garage door opener and made sure the remote signal from both of our cars' visors was functioning. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services for all garage door maintenance and service needs.

Was putting a new bottom seal on my door when I took notice the door was out of balance. Upon releasing automatic garage door opener and manually opening and closing garage door I noticed springs had no tension left in them allowing the door to just freefall to the floor as well as causing out of balance issue. Called Precision Doors immediately (2;00 pm) and they sent a technician out (Chris Peraza) within a couple of hours and by 6;00pm door was as good as new. From the gentleman that took my initial call and set the appointment to Chris the technician everything was such a pleasure and they both were both professional and friendly. Thank you

Chris and Alex arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issues with my garage door, and gave me three detailed, written options - from quick fix to a more comprehensive repair and replacement, specifying the exact cost for each. We discussed my options, I chose one, and they proceeded. They completed the work, explained exactly what they did, cleaned up and left. I scheduled the appointment at about 9 AM … they arrived around 1 PM, and by 3 PM were finished. And I had a comprehensive job completed. Wonderful service!

Fantastic Service! I made an appointment late Sunday night for a failed garage door opener. Appointment was for 8-10 am Monday morning. Technician showed up after sending me his picture and confirming the appointment on-line, quickly fixed my problem and suggested that some rusted parts be replaced.
