Jose arrived on time and listen to all of my concerns. He explained everything that he was going to do. He diagnosed some serious issues on the center door. It had worn out parts and He replaced everything except the rails. The door never sounded better. One of the other doors just had a minor issue that was remedied easily. Jose was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He also gave me optional on parts replacement.

My technician Armando was great. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem quickly and gave my garage door an adjustment and lubrication. My only concern is that my weatherstripping on the bottom of the door was sagging and that was the reason for my repair call. He fixed the problem but I feel for that sagging to have happened and the door is slightly more than one year old makes me think either the material or the assembly was not what it needed to be. An issue like this I would not expect to happen this quickly. If it happens at all it should be many years from the original installation date. I chose your company because I expected high quality service (which I received) and a high quality product which I am not sure of based on my sagging issue I had so early on in my ownership of the door. Chris Bernard called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after 8:30 AM. I explained the problem I was having and he proceeded to do a complete evaluation of the issues I had with the garage door opener and additional repairs. I gave him the go ahead and he did a complete overhaul of my unit. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the manner in which he communicated everything that needed to be done. He worked here for at least 3 1/2 hours and then reviewed all the details with me . He was very professional. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Judith Cohen

Very pleased with the whole process. Scheduled a visit late Friday afternoon for a window of 12-2pm for Sat. Received conformation emails and texts. Also, received a notice from the company that a technician was on the way and a personal call from the technician to confirm his ETA. Communication was excellent. My technician, Merrick, assessed the issue at hand and once given the green light to begin the work did so very quickly and completed the job a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company!

I recently renovated my driveway and my garage door would not stayed closed so I scheduled an appointment for right in. Not only were they available upon request their technician Armando was earlier than the window frame I was given which was amazing. He diagnosed both garage doors and ended up upgrading some of my degrading materials really knew his stuff even went above and beyond to help me mount and install my new keypad pin door opener which has been sitting in a box for months. Garage is working great and couldn’t be happier with the service!
