Chris Peraza was the technician that serviced my garage door was great. He arrived promptly and on time. He was very thorough and explained all my options. He then completed the installation and did a great job. He replaced my door opener, replaced all the rollers, realigned the track and installed new wall mounted door operator and outside keypad. I would recommend Precision and Chris to anyone in need of garage door service.

I heard about Precision over the years on Monday and Sally; the guy came to our house and did something I did not think possible, he made my garage door quiet!! That was two years ago. Over the weekend all of my remotes quit working and I called ant the had the guy out to my house in just a little over an hour and he had them fixed within about 5 minutes. What fantastic service. Alex did an exceptional job for me on my garage door and explained everything in detail. I am so glad I had him come and inspect my door that was installed by Precision 6 years ago as I felt the door needed general maintenance. I was unaware of why it was so heavy to lift and he explained that when the springs lose their tension, it puts a heavy load on the opener motor. I did elect to have him just tighten the springs as I do not use the door more than once or twice a day. He did give me the option of replacing them, but I mentioned at my age I was willing to gamble on the springs holding up. After he adjusted the springs he demonstrated how it was now balanced. Alex was very courteous and professional and your company should be glad to have him as an employee.

I called Precision b/c I've heard Mo & Sally on Kool 105.5 talk about Precision Garage Door. I was pleased that an actual person answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for service so quickly (non-emergency call). I was given a 2 hour window from 4-6pm and David Hoffa called me just before 4:00 to let me know his eta would be 4:25 and he was right on time!!! And just like the commercial says, he showed up in PGD uniform. He educated me on different parts that would be needed and a safer system other than the spring/cable system I currently have. Although I was not expecting to purchase a new door I decided to upgrade to new hurricane rated door, this will save me money on my wind/hazard insurance. It was not a high pressure sales pitch. I'm a realtor and property manager and will definitely use them on future projects.
