The bracket from the motor to the door snapped off and we needed it fixed right away. Jose (the technician) was early and fixed the issue right away. I would definitely ask for Jose when dealing with Precision.

My experience with Precision Garage Doors today was amazing! I was able to get a same day appointment and the techs called when they were on their way to my house. They were very courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. They were not pushy salespeople and explained to us exactly what our options were. I would definitely 100% use them again!

I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.
