I called Precision to come out because I thought something broke with my motor but it ended up being a broken spring. I was given a window of 8-10AM and the technician, Jose Espinoza, showed up at the beginning of the window and also gave me a curtesy call in advance to give me his ETA. Jose gave me an assessment of what could be wrong and then came to me with options to do just the basic repair but also some other “nice to have” maintenance items. I opted for the spring repair, maintenance and also assess whether the motor was still in good shape. Jose was knowledgeable, polite, clean, thorough didn’t try to up charge me, in fact, I appreciated that he informed me that my current motor was still in good shape if I wanted to ride it out, despite me asking to have it changed for a quiet unit. Would recommend in the future and will be a returning customer for service.

I spoke to Karen at 3pm about a garage door opener install she was very pleasant and got me an appointment between 4 & 6 pm the same day what great service! The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly and when I scheduled an appointment online I was able to have a service tech come out the next morning to replace it. He arrived and immediately greeted me with a smile and proceeded to explain the process of diagnosing my issues. He gave me detailed information of what he was doing and provided a quote prior to addressing the problem. Mike was both professional and personal. He also took the time to explain what I needed to do to extend the life of my garage door. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend

He made recommendations for maintenance & replacement of +20 year old parts. Detailed quote provided for repairs and potential upgrade to hurricane doors. We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor.
