I called Precision based on a neighbor’s recommendation. I did not have an emergency situation but Tim came out the same day of my call. He performed a thorough review of the garage door mechanisms. I feel he fairly noted the “must do’s” versus the “maybe do’s”. I would use Precision again if needed and I would recommend them
