I had issues with my garage door not closing properly. I was scheduled an appointment for first thing the following morning. I received a call from Mike G who advised he was 30 minutes away. He arrived and immediately greeted me with a smile and proceeded to explain the process of diagnosing my issues. He gave me detailed information of what he was doing and provided a quote prior to addressing the problem. Mike was both professional and personal. He also took the time to explain what I needed to do to extend the life of my garage door. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend

He made recommendations for maintenance & replacement of +20 year old parts. Detailed quote provided for repairs and potential upgrade to hurricane doors. We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. You have more than double your price since 2022. I find that unacceptable. The new springs went up to doble the price. The price of the material itself didn't go up that much. The employees didn't double their salary but you chose to raise the price so much. from $350 that I paid for new springs to now almost $1000 for 2 springs. NO WAY
