I was very impressed with Precision Door and it’s technicians. Not only did they come out on a Saturday but they came to my home on an emergency basis and arrived earlier than expected. They really went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. My technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! They explained all my options very thoroughly so I was able to make an informed decision and they didn’t rush away when they were done but stayed to explain all the new technology to me and patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of garage door need.

Excellent customer service making the appointment. My garage door hasn’t opened since just before the pandemic. A wall dividing it had an extra room. Zack one of their techs called me just a few minutes after the time window I was given and gave me a heads up he would be there inn20 minutes as the traffic on I95 was backed up. He got the door open and assessed the situation. We will use this company and request Zack to replace our rollers and possibly cables once we get the stuff out of the garage and into bulk pickup.

I had run into my garage door . oooops ! I called Precision Door Service , ( # was on the door , thank goodness !) They sent Merrick out the same day ! He did an awesome job replacing 4 brackets , lubed & adjusted the door . Hope I never have to call them again ! LOL

I'm very impressed with this company I called them and they came out the same day. I have been at this property for 14 years and recently saw it having problems with my garage door. Zack explained everything that was going on with my garage. I had several issues they have all been address and I am completely satisfied with the repairs by New keypad opener by New lighting the quietness of the garage door and it was done fast and efficient. Good job.
