Two years ago I found Precision Garage based on google reviews for my elderly mom. We appreciated the the service then as her door had aged and needed parts replaced. Two years later, it seems there was a defect in the motor and it just stopped working. I called your company and within 2 hours we had service. Tyrone was our rep and he worked quickly and honestly. The motor was replaced at no cost as there is a lifetime warranty. We also appreciate how personable Tyrone is. Also- when I called to make the appointment, the person who answered was nice and got us served quickly. There was no automation anything. All very personable. THANK YOU!!!

You and Micah C. were kind enough to answer a few questions regarding my remote in the garage while you were both servicing 2 of my neighbors on different days. Merrick Gayle was very patient explaining what my options were. I had him replace the overhead system, etc. He explained what he was going to do before and then afterwards. He is a fine man and knows what he is doing. Please share this review with him. Also if I have a problem in the future, I would only want you, Micah or Merrick to service it. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and try to limit the stress when mechanical things need repair.

Unexpected emergency with the door. Manual opener caught in car door and door slammed shut. Julio arrived and fixed the problem right away. This was our first experience with Precision after buying the home 3 years ago. Would definitely recommend them.

I found a tear in the rubber bottom of my garage door. Not knowing what it was, I called Precision. My first contact was Tommy, who asked us a few questions to ascertain the problem. Together, we decided to call my pest control guy and have him check for possible rodent cause. Pest control came and checked the whole garage, laid traps, and declared no rodents present now. I called Precision and set an appointment with Alex, who came and assessed the situation. Together we decided to replace the strip. He was very professional, courteous and efficient and within on hour all was new again!! Thanks you, Precision.

Purchased a new garage door system, top of the line in terms of money. Day of install, the tech scolded me for not having the sides of the garage cleared. I guess it was too much for him to roll a bike to the back of garage. I contacted customer service via email and phone to have a few issues resolved with quality of installation of Door. I paid promptly, so I don't understand why they cannot schedule service. Disappointed with customer service.

It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and we discovered Sat night the garage door was jammed and wouldn't open. Found a froze up wheel on the track. Figured we were stuck until Tues or Wed but hit chat anyway and the person was able to send someone Sunday at 5pm. Fantastic. Chris showed up on time and immediately knew what was wrong, 1 of the springs had let go. The door was 11 years old. He suggested we replace the springs, bearings and wheels because they were all in questionable shape. In the long run this might actually save us money as well as more down time and service calls. He did the work right then and you now can't even here the door going up and down. He gave us options, in case we didn't take his recommendation, explained everything to us and showed us everything after the fix. A neighbor had highly recommended PGD and I have to agree. All receive 5 stars from the chat, to the technician and the company. Very professional and although expensive, we felt we got our money's worth. Let's hope we get 10 more years. Plus it came with 3 year warranty.

We called you late on a Saturday when all other service companies were closed for the weekend, and not only did you take our call, but you dispatched Julio, who arrived only a short time later. Julio took the time to thoroughly examine our garage door and provide a clear, "no-nonsense" view of what work was needed. And not just fixing the broken monster springs, but a complete health check of our door, hinges, and rollers. Julio did an excellent job and was done in no time at all. Scheduled a service appointment to discuss upgrading garage door opener from chain to belt drive system. Also wanted information about replacing steel rollers with nylon rollers. Tyrone B, the service technician arrived the same day I called for an appointment and was very professional and helpful with information about product options and details about garage door components. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and I am very happy with the new components. I highly recommend this company.

I had a significant failure of my garage door. Called them and they were able to come out the same day. Tim Wakefield was my Tech. He repaired the door and some damaged wiring in about 45 mins. Made some good recommendations for my consideration. Price was reasonable and fair I think. Will definitely call Precision again as needed.
