Scott was just terrific! I was the first appointment, I had a photo and a Bio On Scott, so I was most pleased to meet Him even before He arrived. He was professional, and informed me of the options as to correct the malfunction in the garage door. Scott was most likable, and the repair was finished in a timely manner. A truly great experience with Scott and Precision !

Everyone was polite and accommodating, from my initial phone (Alexa) to the work being done (Prince). Prince took the time to explain to me all of the nuances of my garage door, along with my service options. I’m truly satisfied with the work and would highly recommend others to use this company. Very professional, excellent customer service.

Chris did an excellent job determining what the problems were. Didn't try to oversell me and looked for alternative methods to get my garage door back in operation. He was very detailed in explaining what could be done and the associated costs. He even went above and beyond in tightening up other areas of the door. He provided future options with costs. I would highly recommend them.

Merrick was very nice and professional, a great guy and very helpful with what was needed to properly repair my garage door. It hasn’t worked this well for 20 years. I love Precision Garage Door Service. Your workers really know what the word service means. The Precision crew that replaced my door a few years ago was so good that I could not believe it. Every one of them knew their job more than well, and their behavior toward me and my wife, their customer, was exemplary. Even calling your office brings a smile to my face. You quick response, and everything that you do is perfect. Thank you so much.

I appreciate the professionalism and transparency I got from Alex Berk, the tech that worked on my garage door. My appointment was for an evaluation of my garage door and after inspection he pointed out a few things that needed to be done in order to insure that the door would continue to last for years to come. He explained everything step by step and I really felt like he not only knew what he was doing, but wanted to make sure that I was given options on how to best complete the job. Once we agreed, he went to work and did a great job of several repairs that were needed to be done. Im very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alex and Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Thanks, Mark

Door intermittently going down and then retracting. Technician performed several troubleshooting techniques and changed the rollers and checked other areas that could cause the door not to fully close. Technician claims the defect was the logic board. He charged me over $600 and suggested I contact the manufacturer of the garage door opener and request a new board. He charged my Platinum AmEx over $600 and told me to contact him after I receive the board… really? Poor customer service!!!

David Hoffa installed a new garage door opener and replaced all of the old parts, including very old springs that could have been dangerous. He explained everything that he was going to do step-by-step and he was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience, and I will recommend Precision to friends in the future.
