Stronger springs were needed (they were replaced twice before but not apparently with the right ones) as were new rollers. Programmed everything and made it real easy for us to use. Chris the technician arrived right on time and immediately recognized that one of the springs had broken. He provided a reasonable estimate and had the door operating again in less than two hours.
