Jose the technician arrived on time. He introduced himself and we discussed the need for a new keypad. We have used Precision for over 40 years starting in New York. Jose did the job explaining what he was doing and checked the total door also. He did a thorough job. He suggested a surge protector and I agreed to buy one. Jose was spectacular!

I called Precision based on a neighbor’s recommendation. I did not have an emergency situation but Tim came out the same day of my call. He performed a thorough review of the garage door mechanisms. I feel he fairly noted the “must do’s” versus the “maybe do’s”. I would use Precision again if needed and I would recommend them

Jose and Chris serviced my Opener. Replaced spring and bearings. They were very professional, courteous ,answered all my questions and quickly did the service. Actually I enjoyed the visit and learned a lot of how to better care for my three doors in the future. I would definitely use Precision again and hope Jose and Chris do the work again.
