Although Prince & Mitch seemed to do an excellent job with the installation of my new garage door, I was not pleased when it came time to pay!!! There was too much confusion when I was prepared to pay the balance due, Mitch had to call Lety so that she could try to explain it to me. She also sent email to me that included “a missing invoice” ~ after this almost 3 hour visit, I’m still confused & just feeling as if I’ve paid too much for what I got!

Mike Gervais was extremely professional and a very skilled installer. He explained all features of the garage door opener and kept me apprised of the progress of the installation. Mike thoroughly cleaned the work area of any debris from the installation. I found Precision on a Goggle search and was very fortunate to find a high quality company with a very knowledgeable installer.

This company was fantastic. Julio, the technician arrived in time and did an outstanding job repairing my door. It was done timely and efficiently with no drama. The repair was not cheap - but you get what you pay for! It is not the first time I’ve used them.

The tech, Tyler did a great job. He went above and beyond. He didn’t leave until cars, and all devices were programmed. Price was very reasonable. It took him less than two hours to remove my old opener, including tracks and install the new one. Great service. I called yesterday afternoon and he was here this morning.

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove. Lance stayed (2 day job) till the garage was perfect. Highly recommend Precision Garage for your garage needs!

While the work is as good as anybody, price is not. They are very pricey. Almost feels like got ripped off given the urgency. Would I hire them again, probably not.

Willy was wonderful. He would make a great teacher. He explained everything that had an issue in a way I could understand. Even my dog (who doesn’t like anyone but me) followed him around, lovestruck! This company is superb. They come at almost a moment’s notice, send a picture of the technician you can expect, and are supremely competent.
