Thanks to Jerry Cunningham (Door Designer / Technical Consultant) Described all the elements off our door, including Miami-Dade hurricane rating, style, color, Insured proper wood header installed and in good condition and all other clearances would be in place for installation team. Mitch/ Doug performed the installation and did a great job! Mitch described door operation, including all safety features and maintenance lubrication points (White lithium Grease). Very helpful ! After all work job site cleaned as they found it. Very PROFFESIONAL. courtious, and friendly. Thanks to Jennifer for coordination of the permit and work Team.

Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.

Bait and switch. Estimated $5-600 dollars to replace 2 springs. Guy comes out and wants $1050 for 2 springs. Called my backup and he installed 2 springs for $600.

Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. He is a excellent technician.

These guys are excellent - from the first phone call to the completion of the job. Customer service representative was polite, patient and understanding and she was able to accommodate my schedule and send a technician the same day. Mike arrived promptly and in less than 5 minutes he knew exactly what was causing the problem. I actually had to leave for work and when I got back - everything was ready - installed and working perfectly. It took me 3 years, multiple visits of "specialists" ( including some pretty creepy individuals I had to deal with ) and a solid amount of money wasted on "service fees", "maintenance fees" and / or "consultation fees" and lately - "fuel surcharge fees!" before I was finally able to get this sorted out. Big relief ! And an even bigger THANK YOU to Michael Foster and Precision Garage Doors! Keep doing the good work and I will be your customer for life.
