Lance called showed up on time. Lance took the time to determine the problem. Then he explained his solution so it was easy for me to understand. What a lovely person. Very knowledgeable. Lance also explained what he recommended I do in the future. I will be calling Precision in the next six months for a new unit. He even gave me a ball park figure so I can save for it. Double garage door broke, stuck in down position. It was Sunday night at 4:00 pm. Called Precision and they scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. Zeb came at 8:15 and had new springs and motor set up by 11:00. Great, fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Several years ago, I purchased two garage door openers from Precision. I was very impressed with the quality of the products they used and the professionalism of the crew they sent out to do the installation. I just recently had need of their services when the garage door spring broke on another garage door located on my property. Once again, I was very impressed with their installation of both new springs and a new garage door opener. They walked me through the capabilities of the new system and also programmed my car electronics so I could open the garage door with my car electronics. So, would o use them again? I wouldn’t use anyone else. MK
