Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced

He Made A Thorough Inspection Of The Task At Hand and Gave Several Options To Try To Work Within My Budget Expectations At The Same Time Making Sure The Garage Door Would Be Fixed Correctly And Work Safely. Upon Completion Of The Job He Made Sure I Was Completely Satisfied With His Work. He Then Checked And Double Check To Make Sure Everything Worked Perfectly And Cleaned Up Before He Left.
