My garage door sounded like a train traveling on poorly laid tracks. Much of he sound was coming from the opener motor. The technician was excellent. He replaced the motor and put in sealed bearings. When he was done with the fine tuning there was virtually no sound coming from opening and closing the garage door.

Wonderful prompt service which rectified our problem. Technician Joey was fantastic and was able to figure a way to install new opener in a tight fit area. We have had Precision before and would definitely use them again

We were extremely satisfied with Tyler Wakefield's professionalism. We had a problem with our garage door closing and was so relieved when I saw a sticker from Precision (from about a year ago when they serviced our garage door) on the inside of the door. I immediately called them and was able to get an appointment the next day which was a weekend day (they even had a same day appointment if that suited our schedule). There were a number of problems with our garage door but Tyler gave us different options and prices to choose from. We chose the one that was most efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and professional and we will certainly ask for him the next time we need our garage door serviced.

I was very impressed with Precision Door and it’s technicians. Not only did they come out on a Saturday but they came to my home on an emergency basis and arrived earlier than expected. They really went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. My technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! They explained all my options very thoroughly so I was able to make an informed decision and they didn’t rush away when they were done but stayed to explain all the new technology to me and patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of garage door need.

I selected Precision because of the ratings and comments. Prompt, expert (emphasis on expert) and honest service. Additionally, Joey was who I hope every workman would be like. Polite, professionally, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Loves his work, thinks highly of the company he works for and does a good job. I am very happy with the work he did on my door.

Excellent customer service making the appointment. My garage door hasn’t opened since just before the pandemic. A wall dividing it had an extra room. Zack one of their techs called me just a few minutes after the time window I was given and gave me a heads up he would be there inn20 minutes as the traffic on I95 was backed up. He got the door open and assessed the situation. We will use this company and request Zack to replace our rollers and possibly cables once we get the stuff out of the garage and into bulk pickup.

I bought my top-of-the-line double door from you in 2018. It’s a strong, didn’t beauty. I only let your technicians service it. Well worth the service call today.
