Just wanted to tell you, Chris Bernard spent 6 hours at my home fixing and repairing (with new materials) my garage door today. He did a great job with all the materials he had to replace. I am really impressed with not only his abilities, but he was such a gentlemen. He told me how long it would take, asked if I wanted him to come back and repair/replace the garage door or fix it right away. I said right away. Tyler did a great job installing the new system as my circuit board was toast. The new belt drive system is much smoother and quieter than the old system. So if Tyler is your representative from Precision Door service you can be sure he can diagnose the problem and quickly fix the problem.
