I chose Precision because company salesman named Paul at another location last week...I was very impressed and felt he was a good indication of a quality company.....turns out I was right! Jeff Brown was the technician assigned to help me...he and his assistant were "terrific"... problem identified and solved quickly and professionally in about an hour. GREAT JOB!?

Impeccable Customer Service & Response I Woke up and discovered my 15yr old unit had failed. Upon calling Precision they had a tech out within a few hours. They did a cursory evaluation on repair & replacement options & allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. After I decided to go forward with a full upgrade/replacement they extended a discount that I couldn’t pass up. Very happy with the company & great tech customer service. OK So, here's how it went....Jose E introduced himself to me, explained to me how he is keeping me safe by wearing a mask and gloves. He came into the house and looked at what we have going on. He went to his truck to put together a quote. Now, we are at the quote....He explained all 3 options Good, Better and Best. The good was what I had in mind and that would have solved our problems...But he went into Better, then Best....Each levels increased in price by several hundred dollars. My god Man... But after listening to him explain each of the options and his response to my questions to each option...I choose the Best Option. Squarely based on his knowledge, tone and how he delivered the options. Finally, when he was finished, he cleaned up as if he was never there. Explained how everything worked, why it works and what not to do (get sensors wet). Very pleased and will post this on our HOA page if anyone needs Precision in the future. *** Good Job ***

I knew of overhead door from living up in the northeast. Jeff was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave an overall check through on the rest of the operating parts of the garage door. He made some recommendations and made the repairs right away. He was very curteous and not pushy is any way. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to come out within a few hours of my call. I would highly recommend.
