I found you on Angie's List, and I was VERY pleased with everything Precision did! Jerry Cunningham made the initial visit, and I was struck by his friendliness and professional thoroughness. No pressure to purchase a new door, but Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work. They left my garage spotless! (Except for MY junk!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone!

Nathan came to repair our garage door that wouldn't close.. he was very professional and thorough. He took his time explaining what the issue was and while he was repairing the door, he removed a snake that was hiding in the corner of the garage!!! I chose Precision Door Service based on the great online reviews on a whim and so glad I did! Great service and they came out within a couple of hours of calling! Very pleased and will definitely recommend them and Nathan in particular to anyone in need of service (or snake removal)!

I had used precision once before for a repair. This time the requirement turned out to be a new opener. Tech arrived on time, gave proper troubleshooting and recommendations. I purchased a new opener. Install was accomplished in a professional and timely manner. Very satisfied!

On July 1st Jeff made some substantial repairs to my garage doors. This morning when I opened my garage door I found a door roller on the floor of the garage. I assumed that it came out of the door so I called your office. Jeff was at my home within two hours of my call. He determined that the roller that I found was actually one of the rollers that he had replaced and apparently left behind. He apologized for leaving the old roller and asked if there was anything that he could do for me. I responded no and thanked him for the excellent service.
