Precision did everything right! They were on-time for appointments and guided us every step of the way: through the buying process, took care of the permits, and did a great job of installing the new door. Then our installer, Logan, walked us step-by step through the proper care and maintenance of the new door. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We only had the door installed today but it certainly seems to be high quality.

Original repair in February was not correctly repaired. Spent $400 but unprofessional repair. Called back September to report concern about faulty repair in February. Today Ken Odoerno serviced/repaired garage door professionally. Finally some peace of mind. Concerns for garage door faulty functioning have diminished. For Ken-5 stars. 5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal. Our garage door opener and rollers were replaced after over 10 years. We called yesterday and had everything installed this morning. The new motor and rollers work great and are much quieter than the old equipment. Adam was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went over all of our options for us to make an informed decision. We used Precision two years ago to replace the old springs and have always been pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.
