I had an issue with my garage door motor and belt. Called Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Micah was our repair technician, he was very courteous, energetic and knowledgeable. Informed me of everything that needed to be done. He was done within an hour and I was very satisfied with the results. He made sure he answered any questions we had related to the repairs. Overall I’m extremely happy with the work and results I received from Micah and Precision Door service.

Good customer service is hard to come by today and that is exactly what we received. William came out, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Explained very clearly what was wrong with workings on our 20 year old garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable- he returned to program garage door opener with my car for me. We are very very pleased with this company, have used them before in an emergency - they came out on a Sunday to install new spring several years ago so we could get car out of garage.
