5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal. We agreed o that and the work was done and done right in a timely manner. I wish all service companies operated like Precision. Thank you all for your great service. We will recommend to others.

Our garage door opener and rollers were replaced after over 10 years. We called yesterday and had everything installed this morning. The new motor and rollers work great and are much quieter than the old equipment. Adam was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went over all of our options for us to make an informed decision. We used Precision two years ago to replace the old springs and have always been pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

Tech’s came out ahead of schedule time (which was fine with me). Very professional and courteous. The reason I went with precision was they new there product they ordered me a insulated door with vents so it meet code, other companies said there were no insulated doors with vents.

My experience with them was great. I got an appt the day after I called and it was the day after Hurricane Dorian. The repairman Warri Ed early, called before coming to make sure it was okay. He was very polite, took him only a few minutes to figure out what was needed, gave me the estimate and completed the work in the time he estimated.
