The advertising got me to call about three years ago to fix a problem. Because the service was so good, and it looked like I was going to need a new opener, I called Precision again. Called in the morning, and they arrived 1:30, the same day! Reviewed my situation, explained it clearly and why, that I would suggest a new opener. I asked if he had all of the parts in his truck, he did, so, I told him to move forward. An hour later he was done, explained all the tech stuff, so, I could understand, showed me how to use the remote , and even paired my car to the opener. Extremely happy, and without a doubt, would recommend this company!

We just had our single garage door opener replaced. We are VERY satisfied with work that was done, the technician, William, who was the absolute best and the care he took with everything he did. He explained everything and took me through the entire process. Needless to say I would give Precision five stars and absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Rony, their technician arrived about 2 hours later as promised on time and he was amazing. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and was so happy to have been able help us. We have been having trouble with the garage door. Called Precision and made the appointment for the next day scheduled between 11;30 and 1:30. The technician, Ken, called and advised us that he would be running late. Upon arrival, he was very well mannered. He fixed the garage door and adjusted it until we were happy. Highly recommended!

I am not particularly tech savvy. He was patient and explained everything so that I could understand it.He helped me program my phone and my car, so that the garage door works with both. This is the second time I've used Precision; what is impressive is the ease of scheduling a call and the prompt and efficient service. Edwin came today to install a new lower seal and new rollers. He called enroute, showed on time and was just as courteous and efficient as the time before when he and Jeff did a new motor install on another property.
