This has been the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. 4 weeks AFTER the salesman's explicit assurance that he can have the door installed in 3 weeks (7 weeks total) and it is finally installed. However, the locking mechanism is already broke (installed less than 12 hours). The worst part is the customer service. My order got placed a week after purchase, not the next day like I was told. Never received a phone call for an update. Tried calling the salesman directly twice (call me with any questions!) with no answer. Finally got a hold of the office and whoever I talked to was down right rude. By the end of the conversation, she told me she would call me by March 6th. March 11th and still no call. I called that day and was informed that door was in and we could schedule the install. When I asked why she hadn't called like promised, she told me that she "had a stack of invoices to get through." Good to know where I rank. March 18th comes around to get the door installed. Techs show up at 330 in the afternoon and inform me it will be around a 5 hour install. After they start working, they find out that the door order is the WRONG SIZE. Tech tells me that he called the office and she will call me in the morning. Next morning comes and, you guessed it, I received NO phone call. I called and was put on hold so she could call the tech and get the information to order the right door. When asked why this was not already taken care of, was informed that she is not sure why and that she has no answers for me at this time. She, finally, calls me an hour later and informs me the door will be in the next Tuesday and she would like to schedule me for Wednesday afternoon install. March 25th comes around. They arrive at 230pm. They finish up after 9pm. When demonstrating the door, the roller keeps coming off the track. 4 extra screws and 30 min later, "it should work, but let us know." When asked if he they work late like this usually, tech informs me no and that my job should've been schedule for morning so they could've been done by 5pm. Come this morning, March 26th. Not even 12 hours after completed install. Take my recycling out. Open the door and then shut the door. I then look over to wonder why it is not latching, the latch is bent and twisted and not functioning. At this point, I can not ever reccomend this company.

Our community selected Precision as the go to company for our garage doors. We did so because the other companies we interviewed either didn't really care, they were too expensive and they were not as throughout in following up. We care about customer service and we have had several doors installed in our community and there is only one cosmetic issue with one. It's not operational thing, strictly cosmetic as I mentioned. Its the way a molding was installed over the garage itself. I was reassure they would correct it as Adam who installed my door said that was not right. In any event, Adam was punctual and after the installation he explained everything. The Hurricane doors need a little extra attention for lubricating hinges and arms that connect to the wheels every 3 months or so. Everything was clearly explained and this install could not have gone smoother.

Actually gave me an itemized estimate first and then left it up to me on what I could afford and what needed to be done. Jeff was very respectful and a real genuine person.
