I called on Saturday night and got appointment on Sunday morning. Technician, Tony Cabral, called ahead and arrived on time. He was very helpful in evaluating the appropriate door opener for the features I need. He was very courteous and completed the work in the time he stated. He programmed the remotes and made sure I understood all the features of the door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. I had a bad failure of my garage door today and Precision was here to the rescue in only a couple of hours! Micah the technician was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in detail. My old door was installed in 1977, so it was time to order a new door from Precision. I even got a military discount on the price. Micah fixed my door so I could use it until the new door comes in. Very good service and price so I highly recommend this company for your garage door repair or replacement.

I had a problem with my door opener - it would open but wouldn't close via the various remotes. I called this morning and a tech (Nathan) was out to my house early afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Did some troubleshooting and solved my issue that has been bothersome for about 8 weeks. I should have called them sooner! Five stars all around. I would highly recommend them.

Nathan showed up promptly on time, with a call before, to let us know he was on his way. The work he performed was exemplary. One of our doors, six months new, needed a minor adjustment to eliminate noise. He eliminated it and made other adjustments to make it even quieter. He is at the top of the list for quality work completed. I was very impressed and happy with the repair.
