I generally don’t take time to write a review however my experience with this company warranted one. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the courteous, professional service and product delivery Precision Overhead Garage Door Service provided. Jeff phoned prior to arrival, arrived on time, kept his distance and wore a mask. He was a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain how everything worked. You could tell he took pride not only in the quality of his work but also in customer satisfaction. The garage door opener couldn’t be more quiet. Excellent service and product delivery! The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around. He showed me the issues before and after he completed it. I no longer have loud banging noises when I open the garage door. He did an exceptional job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company.
