We were taken care of within 4 hours of our call on a Monday morning. Our technician, Daniel, alerted us of his arrival 20 minutes prior. He couldn't have been more professional and well prepared. He provided us with our options and at no time pressured us to make a quick decision. Fortunately, all of the parts were on his service vehicle and he performed the installation within the time he approximated. Furthermore. Daniel made sure my wife and I both fully understood the workings of our new opener, along with the remotes and keypad. He also programmed our vehicles and left our garage area spotless. I have used Precision Garage Door for my own home and found them to know what they are doing, respectable and on time. So last night when my son called and asked if I knew anyone I said yes Precision told him there is someone answering the phone 24 hrs. He had to go into work today I told him set up the appointment and I’ll be at your house. A service rep called me around 9:30am gave me the approximate time and got to the house. Ed was Avery nice young man who knew what he was doing and very respectable. He said I reminded him of his mom, he was raised by a single mom and I raised my son on my own. When he left he said thank your son for his service(my son is Law Enforcement) Like. I said a young man who knows his job with respect!

He was very polite and pleasantly explained the options and the associated costs that I could choose from.
