This is the second time I've used Precision; what is impressive is the ease of scheduling a call and the prompt and efficient service. Edwin came today to install a new lower seal and new rollers. He called enroute, showed on time and was just as courteous and efficient as the time before when he and Jeff did a new motor install on another property. The springs on our garage door broke and, coincidentally, there was a Precision garage door repair truck at my neighbor’s house. The technician recommemded that I call the office to make an appt for a repair, which I immediately did. By 3 P.M. we,had a techician here for the repair. He did an excellent job repairing our door and was the most knowledgeable and kind person, name of David. He even put a new light bulb into the opener for me. Thank you for a job well done.
