Company is way overpriced compared to competitors. Do your homework and get competitive quotes. I was quoted $5,200 for two garage doors, three other competitors quoted between $4,100 and $4,500 for the exact same doors. I made sure the quotes were apples to apples. In addition, their estimator was extremely unprofessional. The first time I spoke with him, he went on mini political rant about Trump and tariffs. I asked for garage door quote, not a political lecture from him. I did not vote for Trump and I don't care about his opinions or his hatred for our president. This is not place or time for political lectures. We get enough that already! If you are a Trump supporter, you may want to avoid this company. If you hate him, then by all mean pay more for your doors and support this company. Either way politics should not be involved. Then after his negative comments, which i did not respond to at all, he was angry because I asked for the quote to be emailed to me. He thought he was getting the job on the spot, because it was updated quote. I told him repeatedly that I just wanted an update and there was no need to come to my house again. He stated that he lost the measurements and needed to come back. If he would have paid attention to what I was saying, instead of complaining about our president, he may have actually heard me. I will never use this over priced company, who clearly have disdain for people who are conservative. NOTE: Lets see if they let this review go live on their website. It is illegal to scrub out negative reviews and then present the star rating as if all are included. I will be taking a screen shot of this, if the review does not go live, I will file a formal complaint with BBB and the Florida Attorney General. Companies must keep all reviews if using a star rating system.

Our garage door wouldn’t open and the cables both snapped. I called first thing in the morning and Michael came out within a few hours of my call. He was prompt and professional!! I chose Precision because my next door neighbor used your company and was happy with your service. I also did my due diligence by checking on line and found favorable results there. I was also impressed when Christine told me on the phone that the tech would write up a proposal for me and that he would have everything on the truck necessary to complete the project (which turned out to be accurate). Daniel did exactly what I was told he would do. He listen to my thoughts and as requested, wrote up two proposals so that I could determine which one to choose. Daniel clearly answered all my questions so that I could determine the scope of the work to be completed. Once we agreed on the work to be done, Daniel got set up and worked nonstop to complete the project. He addressed any concerns that I had and made sure that I understood all aspects of the mechanisms before leaving. I was impressed with Daniels work ethic, his skills as well as his great customer service. No doubt that I would highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Overhead garage door (which you installed 2 years ago) had begun to squeal on one track as it reached its apogee upon opening. Your technician (Jeff) inspected and found no defect. He showed me how to better lubricate the wheel stems with white lithium to preclude that squeal. He explained to me how the door does move a little side to side upon opening and that the entire weight of the door rests on that wheel and stem as it completes the opening.

Our garage door springs was broken and after looking up different garage repair companies online, we decided to try Precision based on the positive reviews we read. After our experience today with Chris C, I can confirm that the reviews are spot on! I called the office at 8:30 am and was given a 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm appointment window. Right at 1:30 pm, Chris gave courtesy to call to say that he'll be here by 2 pm. He was on-time, polite and friendly. He found the problem (broken springs) but also thoroughly checked the rest of the mechanism and recommended that we replace the rollers to the nylon rollers. I do want to point out that he was never pushy to us, at all. In fact, originally we decided to only replace the springs to which he responded okay and to give him one to two hours to complete the work. He continued to remain polite and courteous. After he's finished, he did a walk through, explained the charges in detail as well as the warranty that comes with it. We also very much appreciate the coupon he applied to make us a repeat customer. I know having unexpected broken garage door is no fun but we really appreciate Chris help to make it least painful as possible. Bottom line, we are very satisfied with our first experience with Precision and will use them again in the future. Thank you Chris!

We had Precision replace our garage door five years ago, they did a great job. I needed to tweak the height, I called Jim offered to come over if his instructions on the phone did not work, they did great quick service call on the phone. Needed a new key pad, called this week, they were here early in their window, replaced the keypad, tuned up the door and out. Perfect service company. Thank you !
