I was extremely happy with the installation. The 2 men who came ( Merrill & Nate) were very professional and extremely nice. They cleaned up after they were through and showed me everything to do as far as servicing the door. I was very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars except for the time it took to get the door. I was told 1 week but could go to 2 if busy. It took 4. I would certainly do business with your company again. Merrill and Nate were the nicest guys and very professional

Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.

Great experience. From making the appointment and scheduling, technician showed up on time, called to give me an update on expected arrival and did a great job once on site. Had to replace almost all of the hardware - springs, cables, rollers and adjust and reanchor everything.

My garage door broke on a Saturday mid to early afternoon. I called a couple of repair places, including the big name Broten, and not only was their labor more expensive, they couldn't come out until Tuesday. I called Precision and from the first phone call, the people were so pleasant and their rates were reasonable. They were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. The Service Tech, Jeremy, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would give the company and the technician a 5 star rating.

I had used Precision back in 2015, I was new to this area but had seen advertisements which were impressive. I remember it was a rainy Saturday, and they responded to my call and I had a service technician that same day. It was a great experience and the technician was very professional. Yesterday when I came home there was a problem with my garage door so I called to see if I could get someone out to the house however I called their 24hr number and I got a run-around. When you call I would suggest call their local number you will get Professional help. The technician they sent Daniel was a professional young man, courteous called when he was about 30 minutes from my house to let me know he was on the way. He checked everything out showed me where the problem was and he gave me an idea of things that can be done if I have further issues. I would definitely call them again to repair or replace my garage door equipment. Thank you.

A high impact garage door (for hurricanes) with opener was installed in our home today and we are so so pleased with it. The men who installed the door were quick to install, easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in installing the new door. They explained all the features and benefits of the door and the technology that comes along with the door. We had checked with other garage door services and found that Precision Doors is a company that is stars and heavens above other companies. They deserve a 10 star rating !!!! My garage door installation exceeded all my expectations. On the day of installation my installer Jeff, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he began preparations and setup while he waited for the Technician Logan who assisted in the installation. Within 2 1/2 to 3 hours they were done. Jeff demonstrated the door and it's workings thoroughly. What stands out most is the workmanship and how quiet the door operated. I am very pleased with this installation and would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends.

Your technician Daniel arrived as scheduled. My wife and I told him what the problems we were having and after he thoroughly checked out everything he said the motor could be replaced (making high noises when going up and down) and the sensors needed to be replaced He advised us replace the motor along with the sensors and new remote would cost $450.00 and save us about $115.00. My wife and I talked it over and said for the price that was the way to go. He started working immediately and before we knew it all the work was done. He showed us both how to operate the new wall station and the new remote. Daniel was very efficient and explained everything in detail and should anything go wrong to call Precision Garage immediately. As a customer I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend Precision Garage to all our friends.

I called my usual garage service company first, but that company treats me as though it is doing me a favor by providing service, so I called Precision. The woman I spoke with was friendly and offered to send someone out this afternoon. Ken O. arrived on time (even called 20 minutes before to let me know he'd arrive 5 minutes early). I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but Ken told me the issue was really just a bad sensor. He provided the pros and cons of installing a new opener or just replacing the sensor. I appreciated his honesty in not selling me something I didn't need. He answered all my questions and provided some tips about how my current opener operated. Precision will be my garage door service going forward since in dealing with them I felt like a valued customer instead of someone begging for the privileged of paying them to provide service.
