I received a courtesy call indicating that Ken would be here as scheduled by 7:30 a.m. He showed on time, evaluated the problem and showed me my options. After choosing my option he gave me a time estimate. The job was completed effectively and timely. Ken was most courteous and professional. It is a great company. Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! The two repair gentlemen that came were so nice, sweet, respectful, professional, and helpful!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them or this company on both occasions when I have needed their help!

Needed emergency repair on a Sunday - got it! Then ordered new door. Had to go thru' all approvals but door installed today. It is excellent. The installers (Merrick and Cody) were great - friendly, got the job done in good time, pleasant and thorough.
