I replaced one garage door opener about 5 years ago...did the works with new springs, upgraded rollers, and new belt drive motor. Zero issues and super quiet...we have bedrooms above garage so it is wonderful. We use our secondary garage door less, but when the old system went down I just called them again and in 2 hours they were here and another 2 hours they were done.

Should of been 5 stars. The installers didn't leave the paperwork for the inspector. I also thought I was getting key pads. I also wasn't aware I could upgrade so I could operate with my phone. Sales should step up their game.

Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.
