The springs on our garage door broke and, coincidentally, there was a Precision garage door repair truck at my neighbor’s house. The technician recommemded that I call the office to make an appt for a repair, which I immediately did. By 3 P.M. we,had a techician here for the repair. He did an excellent job repairing our door and was the most knowledgeable and kind person, name of David. He even put a new light bulb into the opener for me. Thank you for a job well done.

Precision came out as scheduled and replaced my existing door opener which was worn and very loud. The original tech did a nice job but missed a few minor things which we discovered with further use of the new operating system. Precision then sent someone else a few days later to review the installation and made some minor adjustments which solved all of my concerns. I am a repeat customer and have been highly satisfied with their work.
