My keyboard went out over the weekend and I called Monday to ask for service as Precision had installed the original keypad and replaced the motor of the opener a few years ago. I was given a window of 2-4 but at 2 the technician said it would be closer to 4. In the end he didn't arrive until after 7 but he was so nice and helpful that I ended up being totally satisfied with the service. I appreciate that Aaron stayed late to come to my house even though I'm sure he would have preferred leaving work much earlier. He was pleasant and helpful and changed out my keypad and lubed the entire door and springs in less than half an hour.

Have been using Precision for 13 years and have referred them to other owners in my townhouse complex. My units original 14 year old springs finally gave out and I had Precision replace them in 2018. Much to my disappointment, the replacement springs just broke, and were only "7" years old. I would have expected them to last at least 10 years. At the time, they ran me under $500. The new springs cost me $791. A 58% increase which was hard to swallow. I would have expected some kind of compensation for what I consider a defective product. I had to pay by check, as they add a 3% service charge on their credit card payments. The guys did a good job installing the new springs in about 90 minutes, but this will probably be my last service with Precision, they are just too expensive, don't back their products, and have no loyalty to their regular customers.

Your company has always served my needs, whether it was to repair a key pad or to replace a motor. Your employees have always been courteous and professional. I don't know if it's because I'm a little old lady, but you've always gotten my issues resolved the same day, which is so appreciated. Today, I thought my problem was going to be merely replacing the outside keypad. Instead, it ended up being a total replacement of the entire system---motor, key pads, etc. Pricey, for sure, but with any luck the system will now be problem-free forever and will outlive me.

The worst! Fraudulent!! Had a salesman come, he talked a whole bunch of blah blah blah for 40 munutes!!! and then had the NERVE to tell me I needed a custom garage door due to size. They also said would take 6 weeks to get at a cost of $6500. I knew it was bs, and called another company…..they came the next day, confirmed my suspicion, and had my brand new not-custom garage door installed the very next day with a new garage door opener for $3500!!!! WOW WHAT A SCAM!!! Would NEVER reccommend! Stay away!! They should be ashamed of their business practices.

I called for service as my main garage door was totally dead/without power. Scheduler was able to get someone to me very quickly. Within an hour Logan (service technician) arrived. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and began work. Within a couple hours the entire door opener and all needed hardware was replaced and better than new.
