Amanda Uys was the technician that reviewed our aging garage door and then walked us through the options for the installation of a new hurricane-strengthened garage door by Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida. I quickly noticed that Amanda didn't give us the dreaded pressure of a "hard sales" pitch. She was very knowledgeable, factual, answered all questions with expertise, took all the required measurements, and never showed she was in a hurry to "seal the deal". From this viewpoint alone, I became a big fan of Precision Garage Door Services. Additionally, Amanda was just a really personable individual, she was funny, pleasant, respectful and patient. Amanda is a beyond-excellent representative for your company, and she serves as your ambassador to your potential clientele. I was left with the feeling of exceptional customer service, and with the confidence that I was doing the right thing to replace my garage door, specifically with Precision Garage Door. My original plan was to get a quote and then shop around a bit with several other companies but after our "Amanda experience", I immediately abandoned that plan and went with Precision Garage Door. Just an exceptional visit, Amanda is to be congratulated for her customer service and for just being an all-around nice person.

Late in day, the Spring that provides the lift energy to raise the garage door broke. I called Precision and got an appointment for early the next morning. Logan, the technician, showed on time, explained what was needed and worked efficiently to replace the old spring with a superior new spring in a relatively short time. The result is a quieter, more efficient garage door. This is what a service call is supposed to be. My only wish is that Precision was in other home businesses as I would surely use them for any work I needed.

Precision installed my hurricane Door back in 2014 door and garage door opener. It was a great experience then service and upgraded to nylon wheels for smoother operation. Again, another great experience my spring broke yesterday and they got a technician here today to install new spring and service the door. The representative, Mr Prince Cantabr was excellent, very professional and did a great job. Thank you for coming to our rescue and fixing our garage door so fast.. one of our neighbors had the same problem yesterday and told us about it this morning so we’re referred them to Precision Door and our representative had them as his next stop. To add to a very positive experience: My Tech: Scott, was first rate. He explained the problem and solution in an appropriate way. He completed the R & R of my expired opener, and the runners. Service was very good and friendly. Chris was right on time. It’s a nice clean fast job. Call the 8 o’clock at night and they were there at 8 o’clock the next morning. However, I do feel the price was a little on the high side.
