First of all, the initial call was handled professionally and efficiently. I was able to obtain an appointment much sooner than I thought and when the Service Tech, Tyrone Burton, arrived, I was even more impressed. Tyrone was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me my options and once a decision was made, he went to work. He then explained what he did and showed the results. Great job.

You were able to fix my garage door on the same morning I called you. The other company that I used in the past could not come out till Monday. That's three days with our cars locked up so to speak. Jose was all the things that you want in an individual. He was able to determine what the problem was and how to fix it. He answered all my questions and was very informative. Your company has a customer in Melody and I for the future.

My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.
