5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal. Our garage door opener and rollers were replaced after over 10 years. We called yesterday and had everything installed this morning. The new motor and rollers work great and are much quieter than the old equipment. Adam was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went over all of our options for us to make an informed decision. We used Precision two years ago to replace the old springs and have always been pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.
