We called Precision on the Labor Day Holiday. Rony Cabral arrive dpromplty at the appointed time first thing next morning, as we had agreed upon. I was grateful for receiving the call saying he was on the way and estimating his ETA . Rony did an expert job replacing our garage door spring and cables. He had kindly predicted this may be anupcoming issue , just weeks earlier when he serviced our garage door. His work was not only efficient: it ws outstanding. I was most appreciative of his professional ,upbeat and kind demeanor throughout his visit.These outstanding character traits go a long way , when combined with skillful and efficient and neat service. If ever needed, I strongly recommend calling Precision, and requesting service by Rony Cabral.

The gentleman that came to my home was excellent. He explained everything to me. He made a very nice appearance. I would ask for him and recommend him to everyone who was looking to repair their garage door. If I needed the door repaired again, I would ask for him only. I had the door since 1997 and he replaced all that was needed. Now it is so quiet, you cannot hear It. Unbelievable. His name is Rony. Wonderful. I am so happy with the outcome.

Very disappointed. When i called, i was told the technician would have ALL size springs with him, none costing more than $189 per. When the technician arrives, he determines that it is a "commercial" door. He has to go find the correct spring and then tells me the cost is almost DOUBLE the quote. Although he was polite, that is totally unacceptable!

William was informative and professional. I wanted to spend a little as needed to get the door operational. I listened to his recommendation (which was not the most expensive option). Started out with a noisy door with a “not so smooth” roll up and down and a screw missing from a rail mounting bracket. Jeff B was super personable and very knowledgeable diagnosed my problems and came up with a solution. He worked fast, and did a great job. After installing new springs, bearings, cables, and rollers I can barely hear the drive motor run. Awesome Job

My garage door wouldn't close. I called right away in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant young woman and by that afternoon a technician named Jeff appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and gave me three options as far as repair. I selected one and within an hour he replaced my springs, bearings, etc. I was thrilled. Such a nice guy! I will never call another company and probably won't have to since it was repaired properly. Five stars!!! ,
