I called 2 other companies and had to wait weeks for an appointment. Between the high price and rudeness before they would even show I canceled them. Lucky for me I found Precision Garage doors and Samantha got me a Saturday appointment 2 days later. Dave Z came out on time, inspected the door, explained the basic/not so basic door functions so I understood them and fixed the door. Wow! I have already contacted a couple other people about them as I will be using them in the future for maintenance of the doors and repairs. Went from totally stressed to a very happy morning!! Thank you, thank you! You all rock!

Jeff showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs to our satisfaction. He then recommrnded replacing the worn rollers. We knew they were in need of replacement and had him do this. He also performed a tune up to the door and it is now operating much more quietly and we are very happy with his service.

There was a small problem initially when old metal hardware was not replaced, but upon our request the company sent out technicians and exchanged the hardware for new ones.
