Excellent service same day need. Service tech was courteous, answered all of my questions, and called before his scheduled arrival time. I thought the parts were a bit pricey, but I was not charged an installation fee. I was going to do this repair myself, but the high tension torsion spring is potentially very dangerous for a novice to install. Bottom line, my garage door works great with the up grades now. I thought the price was fair and the products seem to be quality items. I will recommend you folks to others who have similar needs. Thanks again for coming out the same day I requested service.

I was hesitant to call a garage door company, as big as precision, because you never know what your going to get. Sometimes they don’t have the best interest of the customer. Well, a gentleman named Kenneth came by today, and really took the time to explain everything to me regarding my options for my repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. I never post comments like this. (Mostly because I don’t have time as I am always chasing my kids around) I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called precision about a broken door, and less than 24 hours later it’s working again. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks You so much.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future. He did not pressure me like the other company did and I feel very confident and grateful for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. I have Precision on speed dial and will continue to recommend them to anyone. I will never make the mistake of going with any other company again. I found you on Angie's List, and I was VERY pleased with everything Precision did! Jerry Cunningham made the initial visit, and I was struck by his friendliness and professional thoroughness. No pressure to purchase a new door, but Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work. They left my garage spotless! (Except for MY junk!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone!

Nathan came to repair our garage door that wouldn't close.. he was very professional and thorough. He took his time explaining what the issue was and while he was repairing the door, he removed a snake that was hiding in the corner of the garage!!! I chose Precision Door Service based on the great online reviews on a whim and so glad I did! Great service and they came out within a couple of hours of calling! Very pleased and will definitely recommend them and Nathan in particular to anyone in need of service (or snake removal)!
