I gave this score because although the crew was great, friendly and courteous, I did mention that the garage floor and driveway had just been finished. When the work was completed, I noticed deep scratches in the new floor. The following day, I noticed several more. The floor should have been protected since I brought it to their attention prior to them beginning the work.

This company delivered exactly as promised. The installers, Logan and Gary, were very professional, courteous, took their time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions. They were very patient. I was impressed when they actually arrived early, unusual for Florida workmen. They took their time, did a thorough job, and still managed to finish on time. Logan and Gary were also very neat and left our place looking very clean. Thank you.

Precision came out and replaced my garage door today. They replaced the doors, wood bucks, track, bearings everything except the motor (current one is working). They arrived around 10:45 for the 11:00 appointment. They were done around 4. They did a great job with everything. The door looks great, operates smoothly and is flush around the edges. They also cleaned up after they were done and showed me how to maintain the door. The workers were very professional and friendly. I can not say enough good things about how smooth this job was. I highly recommend Precision.

Prompt and excellent service by Rony. On a Sunday morning the garage spring snapped locking me in the garage. I called Precision and spoke with a live pperson who was able to schedule a service call withing 3 hours. Rony came diagnosed the proble am provided the fix. All was working well in a few hours.

My garage door cable broke at 6:45 am when I went to open it. I googled garage door repair companies in my area and saw the excellent reviews so I called my local Percision Door Service, in Palm City, Florida. Within 2 hours, Ken was there to fix my garage door. He was professional, polite and very informative. He gave me 3 options and all very reasonable quotes. I went with his recommendation “best” option and the work was completed within 1 1/2 hours. Now I understand why the have so many 5 Star reviews. I thought I had found a professional organization that would charge fairly for work performed. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I had to eat the $90 show-up charge (and now I know why they charge that). I had a broken torsion spring and the price quoted to replace both springs was on the high side, but acceptable under the circumstances. But the attempted upsell to replace other components were priced as if each was the only thing they came out to do. Even though the springs were off and the unit was dismantled (no tension on any parts), they wanted over $300 to replace the bearing plates ($20 worth of parts and a dozen bolts), and $380 to replace the cables and drums (another $20 of parts and four bolts). That's when the bell went off and I went with a smaller independent repairman .
