Arrived right on time. Very professional diagnostic evaluation of my original 1996 garage door. The spring its second broke and prompted my call. As a result of showing me all the wear and tear, i.e. friction and three options I chose the middle one cost wise, replacing the spring, rollers, cable and bearings. The entire door having to be recalibrated for the garage door opener for each done separately this was the most cost effecient with the greatest peace of mind as my car and garbage were trapped inside the garage! I would highly recommend Jeff Brown!

This is the third time I have used your service and as usual Daniel was right on time, courteous and professional. I have complete confidence is your techs and service. Daniel is an asset to your business as he was terrific, he explained exactly what was needed and pointed out my worn out rollers which I had him replace. His supervisor showed up to check on progress and even jumped in to assist. I do not remember his name as I was busy doing other things, he also was terrific in explaining a problem area that will be taken care of in the future. I wrote a very nice log review, your tech did an outstanding job repairing my door at a very reasonable price the same day. Just as I was finishing up I hit the wrong key on my PC and it disappeared. It took me about 10 minutes to write, and I didnt want to start all over. But I would not hesitate to use your company again. THe work was outstanding and done at a fair price.

I was extremely happy with the installation. The 2 men who came ( Merrill & Nate) were very professional and extremely nice. They cleaned up after they were through and showed me everything to do as far as servicing the door. I was very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars except for the time it took to get the door. I was told 1 week but could go to 2 if busy. It took 4. I would certainly do business with your company again. Merrill and Nate were the nicest guys and very professional

Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.

Great experience. From making the appointment and scheduling, technician showed up on time, called to give me an update on expected arrival and did a great job once on site. Had to replace almost all of the hardware - springs, cables, rollers and adjust and reanchor everything.

My garage door broke on a Saturday mid to early afternoon. I called a couple of repair places, including the big name Broten, and not only was their labor more expensive, they couldn't come out until Tuesday. I called Precision and from the first phone call, the people were so pleasant and their rates were reasonable. They were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. The Service Tech, Jeremy, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would give the company and the technician a 5 star rating.

I had used Precision back in 2015, I was new to this area but had seen advertisements which were impressive. I remember it was a rainy Saturday, and they responded to my call and I had a service technician that same day. It was a great experience and the technician was very professional. Yesterday when I came home there was a problem with my garage door so I called to see if I could get someone out to the house however I called their 24hr number and I got a run-around. When you call I would suggest call their local number you will get Professional help. The technician they sent Daniel was a professional young man, courteous called when he was about 30 minutes from my house to let me know he was on the way. He checked everything out showed me where the problem was and he gave me an idea of things that can be done if I have further issues. I would definitely call them again to repair or replace my garage door equipment. Thank you.

A high impact garage door (for hurricanes) with opener was installed in our home today and we are so so pleased with it. The men who installed the door were quick to install, easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in installing the new door.
