I am in the service business and there is nothing better than making a phone call at 8 am, setting an appt on the same day, tech arrives at 11 am and my door is repaired better than new by 2 pm. This is after Hurricane Irene ripped thru 24 hours ago. Simply unbelievable, yet understandable when you select a quality company. Hand down, I will recommend. Plus, Ken was a pleasure to speak with. Once the job was completed the technician explained about the operation of the new doors. Jeff was great! He came out promptly when he was scheduled and explaned all my options. We decided to replace the whole door. It was ordered and permits were submitted. In no time the door was ready for installation. They came out today at 9:00am and they were done at 10:45am as promised. Jeff then explained the maintenance and how the unit worked and all the safety components. He made sure to remind me to register for the product online. I highly recommend this company for its prompt service,excellent technicians and professional client service reps they have doing the calls and follow ups. Service is always first to me.percision was able to come out on a Sunday, no extra charge. Shaun was able to not only analyze the problem , besides the obvious broken springs, and give me a solution that was more than acceptable, Shaun although he had a problem, worked through it, came up with the solution, and solved the problem. I have a rental property, the tenant called me frantically that she couldn't get her car out to go to work. Precision, went there within a few hours, replaced the mechanism with a few calls to me and life was back to normal. Fast forward, tenant moves out, I can't get the garage to open, Precision comes over and again saves the day. The best part, they stood by there warrantee.... no charge.... thank for being the company that everyone should depend upon!!!

I have to say something... people are often inclined to recommend a service related business or a particular technician that showed up in time and got them out of whatever fix they were in, but usually they don't because they walk back inside and something gets in the way. Today, I called Precision Door Service and not only did they promptly answer the phone, they scheduled an early afternoon appointment, they called in advance, they showed up precisely on time...the technician a Michael Geary was cordial, well versed, technically proficient, dutiful in pointing on the opportunity to upgrade the door parts to insure it was serviced properly.he went about the job of replacing the torsion soring(s) and inside of 40 minutes, my door was operational again! I am delighted to recvomnend Precision Door Services, their staff, the scheduler I spoke with (Karen) and particularly this fine young technician Michael Geary are hands down the finest representatives I've met in a very long time! The precision garage door opener works great. I purchased it about 6 years ago and it's a workhorse for a heavy hurricane door. I've only needed service once because I lost the openers. My garage overhead door spring just broke yesterday. I called after-hours and the customer service representative quickly set up an appointment for a repair technician this afternoon. The service technician, Mike arrive on time and quickly went about his business. He quoted the repairs quickly and had excellent product knowledge. He completed the repairs in less than one hour.
