My husband had nothing but good things to say about his interaction with Jeff and the information and work he provided. Good customer service is hard to come by today and that is exactly what we received. William came out, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Explained very clearly what was wrong with workings on our 20 year old garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable- he returned to program garage door opener with my car for me. We are very very pleased with this company, have used them before in an emergency - they came out on a Sunday to install new spring several years ago so we could get car out of garage.

I called on Saturday night and got appointment on Sunday morning. Technician, Tony Cabral, called ahead and arrived on time. He was very helpful in evaluating the appropriate door opener for the features I need. He was very courteous and completed the work in the time he stated. He programmed the remotes and made sure I understood all the features of the door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. The technician was prompt, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done as well as the fee. I am very happy with the repair.

He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of all garage doors, that I was impressed by his attitude toward me, the job at hand, and his willingness to try to educate me as we went along toward completion.
