I had a very pleasant experience with Precision garage door. I had Jeremy as my Technician and he came out to see if my existing very old unit was compatible with a wireless remote. Once he determined it was not, he took the time to install a new unit, even though I did not schedule an install. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my new unit. He also took the time to sync my cars to the new unit. Finally, being a veteran myself, I found out Jeremy was a veteran and I always try to do business with companies who employ veterans!

We had been having problems for quite some time with the operation of our 22 yr. old automatic garage door. The door hadn’t been closing properly, due to a dent at the top of the door. We called Precision today & William, the serviceman, arrived promptly. William was very knowledgeable, professional & courteous and gave us a choice of 3 options from repairing certain parts to replacing the door and parts. We decided to replace the door & parts. However, William did not influence us in our decision in any way. In the meantime, William repaired the door so we could open and close it until the new door is installed. We would recommend Precision to our friends and relatives.

The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning and we could not get the garage door up. I called Precision Door after finding out they worked on weekends. Their technician showed up at 8:00 am Sunday morning and had me back in business by 10:00. He was very professional and did a very good job.

Our tech Jeremy was on time, very professional and really good at repairs. My garage door is old fashioned wood, really heavy and was noisy as heck. A cable broke and caused the service call. I originally wanted just a tuneup, but ended up getting a whole new opener and so happy I did, very satisfied with the results!

My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem. He made small adjustment in springs and on belt to my opener. This took care of problem. I found Jeff to be very professional and easy to understand regarding door.
