Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.
