Springs, rollers, bearings & cables. 1988 door with 8yo opener purring like a kitten. Ken is courteous, efficient, and good professor. Response time was quick, good value for the price. Top of my list should need arise.

I am not particularly tech savvy. He was patient and explained everything so that I could understand it.He helped me program my phone and my car, so that the garage door works with both. This is the second time I've used Precision; what is impressive is the ease of scheduling a call and the prompt and efficient service. Edwin came today to install a new lower seal and new rollers. He called enroute, showed on time and was just as courteous and efficient as the time before when he and Jeff did a new motor install on another property.
