Over the last 29 years at Palm Beach Gardens, I have had contact with several "Garage Door experts", and none compare with the Professionalism of both your Company and your repair technician, Nathan Barnes. He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of all garage doors, that I was impressed by his attitude toward me, the job at hand, and his willingness to try to educate me as we went along toward completion. I tried not to distract him with idle questions, but he was supportive in all things while educating this "novice." I was also impressed to receive an email from Jim Migani, the owner, on the day of service, seeking comments if I was not completely satisfied with the entire operation! You can just tell that this is an honest, well run Company. They have my highest recommendation and thanks! Lloyd W. Barry

Precision Door Service is the best home provider I have had the opportunity to associate with in regards to ANY work or estimate given to me in the 19 years I have lived in my home. The technician was most respectful and kind, as well as professional & informative. I couldn't ask for anything better. All companies should hope to gain the kind of respect and trust I have for this company.

I had a bad failure of my garage door today and Precision was here to the rescue in only a couple of hours! Micah the technician was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in detail. My old door was installed in 1977, so it was time to order a new door from Precision. I even got a military discount on the price. Micah fixed my door so I could use it until the new door comes in. Very good service and price so I highly recommend this company for your garage door repair or replacement.

I had a problem with my door opener - it would open but wouldn't close via the various remotes. I called this morning and a tech (Nathan) was out to my house early afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Did some troubleshooting and solved my issue that has been bothersome for about 8 weeks. I should have called them sooner! Five stars all around. I would highly recommend them.

Nathan showed up promptly on time, with a call before, to let us know he was on his way. The work he performed was exemplary. One of our doors, six months new, needed a minor adjustment to eliminate noise. He eliminated it and made other adjustments to make it even quieter. He is at the top of the list for quality work completed. I was very impressed and happy with the repair.

Dear gentlepersons. Mr. Teddy Fable replaced the mechanism on my broken garage today, May 24, 2019. He couldn't have been nicer and more competent, as far as I know up till now. If I were in the garage door business, I'd be happy to have him on my staff. Please, again, give him my thanks for his welcome assistance. Sincerely, TOM BOWERS
