I'm very pleased to have this opportunity to recognize and compliment your company's employees with whom I've had contact today. Samantha was perfect in all aspects of her contact with me. Very pleasing voice, great (and easy to understand) diction, polite, knowledgeable, very friendly and caring - all while presenting a professional image. If I were still in business, she could work for me any time! I think you're very lucky to have her as your "Director of First Impressions". Dave and Mike were prompt, clean-cut, well and neatly dressed, accommodating, incredibly friendly and, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I don't believe you could you could have any better people representing your company than these 3. I guess you should be complimented, as well, for choosing them. Lastly, the inclusion of the photographs of your personnel, especially those who would be visiting me at my home, was, what I would call, "a touch of class" in world which could use more of that. It, and the fact that they each introduced themselves - with a handshake - immediately was very much appreciated.
