Precision garage door company is absolutely great. I got my new hurricane door a few years ago and just had serviced again this morning the technicians are professional and explain in detail everything you need to know. I Highly recommend them.

Arrived right on time. Very professional diagnostic evaluation of my original 1996 garage door. The spring its second broke and prompted my call. As a result of showing me all the wear and tear, i.e. friction and three options I chose the middle one cost wise, replacing the spring, rollers, cable and bearings. The entire door having to be recalibrated for the garage door opener for each done separately this was the most cost effecient with the greatest peace of mind as my car and garbage were trapped inside the garage! I would highly recommend Jeff Brown!

Daniel is an asset to your business as he was terrific, he explained exactly what was needed and pointed out my worn out rollers which I had him replace. His supervisor showed up to check on progress and even jumped in to assist. I do not remember his name as I was busy doing other things, he also was terrific in explaining a problem area that will be taken care of in the future. I wrote a very nice log review, your tech did an outstanding job repairing my door at a very reasonable price the same day. Just as I was finishing up I hit the wrong key on my PC and it disappeared. It took me about 10 minutes to write, and I didnt want to start all over. But I would not hesitate to use your company again. THe work was outstanding and done at a fair price.

They cleaned up after they were through and showed me everything to do as far as servicing the door. I was very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars except for the time it took to get the door. I was told 1 week but could go to 2 if busy. It took 4. I would certainly do business with your company again. Merrill and Nate were the nicest guys and very professional

Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.
