When I made my appointment with precision, I was told that they would come out and check my garage door to see if there was anything wrong and I was told this would be free of charge. Once the repair man arrived, and he checked my door over he made, a minor suggestion that would cost me quite a bit of money so I told him no thank you. He didn’t informed me that I had to pay him for his time and gas for coming out. I told him I was under the impression when I made the appointment it was a free Visit and check and I would only pay if I had you do anything. He said no that I owed him the money so I went ahead and paid. The repair man was nice, but do not use this company. They tell you one thing and then do something else. I am not happy with them at all.

I called late on a Thursday and our appointment was scheduled first AM on Friday, excellent. Tyler, your rep, was awesome, efficient, professional, and very personable. He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. This is our second experience with Precision and I would highly recommend them.

Jose was the technician that came and fixed our garage door. He is very knowledgeable about garage door parts and solved our problem in a timely manner. He is extremely conscientious as demonstrated how well he replaced the old parts with new ones and made sure he thoroughly went over everything he had done and planned on making sure the garage door and opened properly. There was one thing we did not replace today but are definitely going to call precision back and I want Jose to do the job. He is a smart young man.

I called Precision after googling, garage door opener repairs. Very glad I did. Jose Espinosa was very professional and very informative. My garage door opener was not working. He explained the problem and what it would be 2 fix it. He gave me all my options allowing me 2 choose what was best for me now. I would definitely recommend and call Precision again.

Called them at 5pm to get an appointment I thought and they came same day by 7pm left by 8:30pm new opener bearings and spring. Unbelievable service and Zach was really great! Definitely A+++++

Have used Precision before at another residence. Called on a Sunday, expecting an additional charge or a delay until Monday. Pleasantly surprised that there was no Sunday fee and that a technician was at our residence within 90 minutes of my call. Everything was great!
