The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning and we could not get the garage door up. I called Precision Door after finding out they worked on weekends. Their technician showed up at 8:00 am Sunday morning and had me back in business by 10:00. He was very professional and did a very good job.

Our tech Jeremy was on time, very professional and really good at repairs. My garage door is old fashioned wood, really heavy and was noisy as heck. A cable broke and caused the service call. My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem. He made small adjustment in springs and on belt to my opener. This took care of problem. I found Jeff to be very professional and easy to understand regarding door. This company I have found to be top notch!

Also how to prepare the Garage door when a hurricane is arriving. How to set the pins on the Garage Door. Answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!
