Kyle Duff was my Service Technician for a replacement installation of a New Liftmaster Garage Door Opener on 7-13-2017. Kyle is an excellent, highly efficient professional garage door components installer, very courteous, polite, well mannered, communicated with me well, punctual on appointments, and tested everything prior to leaving. He cleaned up all trash and hauled it away. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and rank them with a 5 Star Rating.

Great work/attitude/information by Kyle the installer--- good work. It would be nice if the dispatcher had a script to read to customer: "What type of garage door opener do you have? How old? "Please be aware that it is possible that parts and supplies might not be available for xxx opener or for that old a unit. In that case, an all new unit might be required" I think that might be called transparency nowadays

Very pleasing voice, great (and easy to understand) diction, polite, knowledgeable, very friendly and caring - all while presenting a professional image. If I were still in business, she could work for me any time! I think you're very lucky to have her as your "Director of First Impressions". Dave and Mike were prompt, clean-cut, well and neatly dressed, accommodating, incredibly friendly and, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I don't believe you could you could have any better people representing your company than these 3. I guess you should be complimented, as well, for choosing them. Lastly, the inclusion of the photographs of your personnel, especially those who would be visiting me at my home, was, what I would call, "a touch of class" in world which could use more of that. It, and the fact that they each introduced themselves - with a handshake - immediately was very much appreciated.
