Spring replacement- Jeremy, the technician was very knowledgeable and repaired our damaged garage door patiently even after facing a setback after realizing that the original spring was not the right size. He had to do the replacement over again, with a bigger spring. Now we have a garage door that is very light to lift even our kids can do it. Thank you for being so efficient and professional.

Once again, Precision Door came to my rescue. My garage door would not open when I tried to leave for work in the morning, so I manually opened it and called Precision Door. They arranged for a repair that afternoon and the technician called 30 minutes before arrival as I recommended. He replaced the worn part and in less than an hour my garage door was up and running again. This is the third time I've used Precision Door and I intend to continue to use them in the future because they provide prompt, courteous, and professional service. Service was exactly as discussed. The representative came as scheduled to give us an estimate and called before arriving. The product appears top of the line in quality. Excellent Job, a little more expensive than other door repair companies, but they offer a lifetime warranty that makes a huge difference. My garage door spring broke late night and I called Precision that same night to make an appointment. I was able to schedule one the following morning and the technician showed up promptly and fixed the problem in no time at all. My wife and I are very happy with the quick resolution and the price was very fair. Thank you Precision for a job well done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Micah came yesterday to our home in Jupiter and simply had to plug in his tester to determine that we had a short circuit and so he just flipped the switch and reset everything. I understood he had to charge the $89 to come out which was fine. He was so nice he even lubricated the rollers which due to my husband's illness I had not gotten around to, then he tested the balance and before leaving recommended that we replace the rollers which would come to around $160 but that would include the $89 visit. My husband was not for replacing anything right now, but typical of all the reps who we have had, Micah was clear in explaining why it was a good idea and that we would get approx. 80,000 uses out of new rollers. IT would also take some pressure off the springs. I said okay and he replaced them in around 15 minutes and lubed them. I also asked him how I reset the door should we have another power failure (prefer not to have another visit for $89 just for that) and he was nice enough to review with me how to do it. All in all, while I feel there are too many moving parts for me to keep track of with garage door systems, it is easier for me to trust Precision because of reps like Micah who are not super pushy, but who do recommend options and explain how and why they may prolong problems from happening. I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. David called and asked if he could come early and I agreed. He arrived promptly and after looking at my garage door he gave me an excellent explanation of the problems. He also provided me with several options. The work was done professionally and promptly. He and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. If any other problems develop with my garage door I will definitely use Precision again.
