I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Their appointment confirmation email contained a picture of the technician who was coming to my home. This gave me some peace of mind knowing who to expect. I never seen this practice before. I wish more service companies would follow this practice. The garage door now opens almost silently. It's never been that quiet. I'm sure my neighbors are thrilled since I leave for work very early. The technician left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived and took all of the packing materials with him.
