I had used Bobby before at another home years ago and he did a very good job and i saved his number. I called Bobby and he coordinated a morning appointment the following day. He had nothing but positive praise for precision which I take as important. Bobby let me know the time that he would be here the next morning and proceded to replace door opener with belt drive, opening pad, safety beam at bottom, programed 2 cars and explained everything to me in a professional manner, and cleaned up garage. Bobby gets the highest score you have for performance, 5. I can see that that your company is successful due to good management, employees like Bobby and attractive vehicles. You can be assured that I will promote your company to my golfing buddies at PGA NATIONAL.

New garage door installed. Door does not close 100%. From outside door, it looks like the top portion of door is leaning in. Noticeable to all, even inspector. Was told by a tech the beam inside garage is causing door not to close correctly. Was suggested having someone trim about 1/2" of bottom of beam then call Precision to have a Tech come back for a maintance call to tweak the door so it closes. Called for help getting someone to performing the 'trimming' because I cannot locate anyone that will do it. Until this gets resolved to my satisfaction, it is an incomplete job and I will pass this story on to whoever asks me what company installed the garage door.

One first-class company that is professional from first contact on the phone to getting a receipt quickly by email. Technician Bobby Rivera called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He examined the whole door system, not just the broken springs, and clearly gave us options -- good, better, best. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Mr. Rivera completed the work in less than an hour and tested the mechanism thoroughly before he left. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. These guys have earned their A+ rating from the BBB.

My door was untracked, and stuck in the closed position. The Tech. Eric D re racked the door and then diagnosed that my door springs were no longer providing the force nessessary to keep the door from unracking again and eventuly would burn out my garage door opener. He replaced the springs that were worn and cracking and re racked and balanced the door. Eric did a great job.
