In this environment we live in, good and courteous service is truly hard to find. We had an issue with our garage door not opening at all and found Precision Door online. After reading many of the reviews, I decided to give them a call and to my surprise, they were able to come out the same day! We had the pleasure of meeting Tyrone B, and he was exceptional! Great demeanor, explained 3 options in details and with full honesty which is something that I truly appreciate. The work was completed timely, efficiently and very organized too. I’m already providing the phone number to your company to one of my friends who needs a repair :) I hope I don’t have any other garage door issues, but if I do I will be sure to call Precision and ask for Tyrone.

Just wanted to tell you, Chris Bernard spent 6 hours at my home fixing and repairing (with new materials) my garage door today. He did a great job with all the materials he had to replace. I am really impressed with not only his abilities, but he was such a gentlemen. He told me how long it would take, asked if I wanted him to come back and repair/replace the garage door or fix it right away. I said right away. I recommend him highly and I feel that Precision made a good decision to employ Chris. My door works great, he did a magnificent job. Thank you for sending him to me. Joan Crumpton

Precision Door service was awesome. Had a broken garage door spring. Zeb Garza tech from Precision showed up when they said they would. Fixed the broken spring and identified a few more issues and pointed them out to me. Could not be more happy with the service, will be using them in the future ????
