Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

Willy Rodrigues was our technician for an emergency repair of a broken garage door spring on a Saturday afternoon while I had guests visiting from England, locking the car up in the garage. Willy answered the call very promptly , as promised and after an explanation of the suggested repair process, finished the job with the promised time frame, very professionally. My regular garage co. promised and not keep their word and were on available Monday the following week, which was very inconvenient . Willy did great JOB, PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.

With Precision installed my garage door about two years ago I was really impressed with the workmanship and of the men of the garage door itself, in true form when I had a problem caused by a tornado in our community Precision sent out a great guy called Eyron M. to repair the door. Young man they said was not only personable. He had a terrific knowledge of what he was doing. He repaired the door in a very quick way. Additionally, he made recommendations so we could make the door perfect again. I was pleased that his recommendations and I was pleased about his work, and I was really pleased about the door because, it was supposed to protect my garage and if it wasn’t for that door, I suspected damage on my house would’ve been much more more extensive. I know I’m waiting for the additional panels to make it like new again, but Precision doors and the people that work for them will get them to me quickly and then expertly install them. Power issues during Hurricane Milton took out the electronics board in one of our garage door openers. I called yesterday afternoon and Precision had a technician here this morning. Tommy, the tech, had the parts and completed the repair. He also installed surge protectors on all three of our openers and showed me how to lubricate the doors. A+

We originally had Precision install our new garage door system in 2020. We called them recently to perform some maintenance services as we noticed the system wasn’t running as smoothly as in the past. From the friendly greeting on the phone to the prompt assignment of a very convenient after work appointment to the dedication of our service technician, Jose, who still showed up at 9 pm after being delayed from his previous service call, we were extremely impressed with the dedication of this company. We were given several options to repair the hardware and all was completed within 30 minutes of his arrival.
