What remarkable service! I called on a VERY rainy SUNDAY because the very old garage door wouldn’t come down. Fortunate timing for me, a technician was there in a half hour (was given a two hour window to begin with). Let me just say, I think the garage door was the original Sears from 1974. And I had already chiseled away wood and banged on metal to try to fix it myself. Fortunately I hadn’t made it worse. My technician was remarkable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, gave me a quote, and in a hop skip and jump he had it fixed. Advised me that I should think about replacing the door and mechanism. And I will. This company is phenomenal. I highly highly recommend them.

It was extremely easy to have my garage door repaired. Not only did I get a service call the very next morning, I was confident I was in good honest hands with Precision??Zeb presented three options right away. He had all the parts and he was super easy to understand the way he explained my choices. My door is 20yrs old and it's so convenient Zeb was able to bring it back to life. It is hard to imagine how dependent we are on our doors for bad weather and security. Swell job Precision!

Jose was the technician that came and fixed our garage door. He is very knowledgeable about garage door parts and solved our problem in a timely manner. He is extremely conscientious as demonstrated how well he replaced the old parts with new ones and made sure he thoroughly went over everything he had done and planned on making sure the garage door and opened properly. There was one thing we did not replace today but are definitely going to call precision back and I want Jose to do the job. He is a smart young man.
