The Service Representative was able to schedule my service the same day I called. The Service Representative (Zeb Garza) called ahead of time to inform me of his arrival. Upon arrival, he was courteous, professional and provided me with a complete assessment of the situation and several options, including pricing, for my consideration. There was no pressure to install a higher priced product either. Zeb accomplished the installation of a new garage door opener without haste. He wasted no time, kept the area neat and clean, edified everything worked properly and fully explained the operation and features of the product. Diagnosis 1, you need a new motor,-$800 No way Alternative, we will go through checklist to see if we can fix it, $ 327.00, if not it will be the 89.95 service call. Ok Ultimately a sensor had to be replaced, a far cry from new motor. This is a "do I have a sucker here approach" Very poor business model! I will never call them Again .The technician was on time.

Joey came out and installed a new opener. My old one was from 1986. Although there were some adjustments that needed to be made. Joey would not leave until everything was working perfect. He went far and above. Good to see a technician that cared about his work. Hard to find good labor these days. Joey was exceptional!

My garage door sounded like a train traveling on poorly laid tracks. Much of he sound was coming from the opener motor. The technician was excellent. He replaced the motor and put in sealed bearings. When he was done with the fine tuning there was virtually no sound coming from opening and closing the garage door.

We were extremely satisfied with Tyler Wakefield's professionalism. We had a problem with our garage door closing and was so relieved when I saw a sticker from Precision (from about a year ago when they serviced our garage door) on the inside of the door. I immediately called them and was able to get an appointment the next day which was a weekend day (they even had a same day appointment if that suited our schedule). There were a number of problems with our garage door but Tyler gave us different options and prices to choose from. We chose the one that was most efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and professional and we will certainly ask for him the next time we need our garage door serviced.
