I have had my garage repaired twice in the last 15 years. The lead service technician, Merrick Gayle, was very professional during his visit to our home to repair our garage door that was no longer opening. In no time, Merrick had the garage door replaced with new hardware and lubricated; leaving it functioning better than when the home was first purchased back in 2015. His explanations were very well articulated and his willingness to provide us with answers to our questions was very insightful. In my opinion, he went up and beyond the call of duty, fixing the tension of the cabling/chain, aligning both sensors, lubricated all necessary areas of the garage door and even added a wire management cover to keep the cabling tidy. We had an amazing experience and plan on reaching out again to Precision Garage Door Solutions for additional work. We will certainly ask for Merrick!

My garage door opener did not work as it should so I called Precision Door that I used before and was happy with the work done previously. The Service Technision gave me different opinions and I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. He is aldo replaced the hinge and lubricated the door. Jose Espinoza did an excellent job and was very fast, sufficient and friendly and I can highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

I needed new springs for my garage door. After inspecting my 20 year-old door, Tyler Wakefield gave me three options regarding the door repair. He explained each option thoroughly. Having replaced ONLY the springs these last 20 years I decided that besides replacing the springs, again, it was time to replace other items in order to make the door work as effectively as possible (bearings, drums, cables, rollers- plastic to rubber). Tyler did a great job repairing, replacing, adjusting, lubricating, etc. My garage door is good as new and works well. Best of all, in the event I lose electricity, I am now able to manually open the door all by myself! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida.
