I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.

He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. Additionally, he took the time to teach me how to perform preventative maintenance and left a POC tag with Precision Overhead Door Service for future reference.
