Rob was early, explained my issue, gave me options and recommendations, and solved my problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Precision again to fix my garage door should another issue arise. There’s something very satisfying about making a call for service at 8am and having someone at your door before noon to solve it.

I had a sticker on the inside of my garage door with your number on it. Tyrone could not have been better. He explained everything in detail. Although the motor still opened the door with the button, the remote was inoperable. The opener was too old to get replacement parts. He worked efficiently and professionally to replace the motor. I felt comfortable with his advice and know he did excellent work in the installation. Everything is quiet and perfectly operational now. Please thank him for me! He is an asset to your company.
