Mr. Alex Usher performed an exemplary job on my garage door repair. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the parts required and fully explained the process, including the price. Lastly, he showed me how to properly maintain the door to maximize it’s lifespan and educated me on the New Products on the market for future installment. Due to his professionalism, I will definitely be calling Precision for my future work...

Your company took care of the garage doors in my other home. So I called you for my new home. I called on a Saturday morning and Jose arrived that afternoon. He was very friendly and explained the many aspects of maintenance. He serviced both doors and explained the work that he did. I appreciate the quick service.

I had called your company about replacing the springs on my garage door because of one breaking. Jose was the technician that came out to the house. He was very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. I was impressed by his workmanship and the way he explained about all the parts and how they function. I believe that he is a very good asset to your company. You couldn't ask for anyone else that would take the time to explain it to you and also be very respectful.

Without a doubt this is the best company to choose for your garage door repair. There’s nobody better than them, I guarantee you. The technician (Edwin) did not leave until the garage door is working properly.

Your employee Paul was so patient and understanding. I thought the time was 1230 but he had the appt. for 1030. We spoke and he very kindly rescheduled for Wednesday at 230. I already like how your company does business and respects the customer. I was referred to you by Neil Fried ! I will write another review Wednesday.

Company is way overpriced compared to competitors. Do your homework and get competitive quotes. Replace 2 Springs, tension cable and 10 rollers for a $1000.00 Way too expensive!!

Alex the tech who addressed our garage door problem was an absolute professional. We found him to be a “McGyver” of sorts and came up with a satisfactory resolve.
