Tech’s came out ahead of schedule time (which was fine with me). Very professional and courteous. The reason I went with precision was they new there product they ordered me a insulated door with vents so it meet code, other companies said there were no insulated doors with vents.

Jeff arrived promptly as promised and was extremely professional. I was requesting a new door and he was honest and above board enough to tell me I did not need a new door. My experience with them was great. I got an appt the day after I called and it was the day after Hurricane Dorian. The repairman Warri Ed early, called before coming to make sure it was okay. He was very polite, took him only a few minutes to figure out what was needed, gave me the estimate and completed the work in the time he estimated.

Excellent service same day need. Service tech was courteous, answered all of my questions, and called before his scheduled arrival time. I thought the parts were a bit pricey, but I was not charged an installation fee. I was going to do this repair myself, but the high tension torsion spring is potentially very dangerous for a novice to install. Bottom line, my garage door works great with the up grades now. I thought the price was fair and the products seem to be quality items. I will recommend you folks to others who have similar needs. Thanks again for coming out the same day I requested service.

I was hesitant to call a garage door company, as big as precision, because you never know what your going to get. Sometimes they don’t have the best interest of the customer. Well, a gentleman named Kenneth came by today, and really took the time to explain everything to me regarding my options for my repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. I never post comments like this. (Mostly because I don’t have time as I am always chasing my kids around) I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called precision about a broken door, and less than 24 hours later it’s working again. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks You so much.

No pressure to purchase a new door, but Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work. Nathan came to repair our garage door that wouldn't close.. he was very professional and thorough. He took his time explaining what the issue was and while he was repairing the door, he removed a snake that was hiding in the corner of the garage!!! I chose Precision Door Service based on the great online reviews on a whim and so glad I did! Great service and they came out within a couple of hours of calling!
