I had a bad failure of my garage door today and Precision was here to the rescue in only a couple of hours! Micah the technician was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in detail. My old door was installed in 1977, so it was time to order a new door from Precision. I even got a military discount on the price. Micah fixed my door so I could use it until the new door comes in. Very good service and price so I highly recommend this company for your garage door repair or replacement.

I had a problem with my door opener - it would open but wouldn't close via the various remotes. I called this morning and a tech (Nathan) was out to my house early afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Did some troubleshooting and solved my issue that has been bothersome for about 8 weeks. I should have called them sooner! Five stars all around. I would highly recommend them.

Nathan showed up promptly on time, with a call before, to let us know he was on his way. The work he performed was exemplary. One of our doors, six months new, needed a minor adjustment to eliminate noise. He eliminated it and made other adjustments to make it even quieter. He is at the top of the list for quality work completed. I was very impressed and happy with the repair.
