On July 1st Jeff made some substantial repairs to my garage doors. This morning when I opened my garage door I found a door roller on the floor of the garage. I assumed that it came out of the door so I called your office. Jeff was at my home within two hours of my call. He determined that the roller that I found was actually one of the rollers that he had replaced and apparently left behind. He apologized for leaving the old roller and asked if there was anything that he could do for me. I responded no and thanked him for the excellent service.

After offering 3 options for additional repairs, we chose to have our door fully serviced. He was able to complete all the work quickly and went over all the changes and adjustments he made, before leaving. Couldn't ask for better service!! Very satisfied.
