Precision repaired promptly and well a faulty door spring they had installed and there was no charge whatsoever, not even a service charge. The serviceman, Kyle, seemed quite friendly and professional. Precision does what they say they'll do.

Jeff was great! He came out promptly when he was scheduled and explaned all my options. We decided to replace the whole door. It was ordered and permits were submitted. In no time the door was ready for installation. They came out today at 9:00am and they were done at 10:45am as promised. The precision garage door opener works great. I purchased it about 6 years ago and it's a workhorse for a heavy hurricane door. I've only needed service once because I lost the openers. My garage overhead door spring just broke yesterday. I called after-hours and the customer service representative quickly set up an appointment for a repair technician this afternoon.
