Technicians were great!!!! They were very professional and they cleaned everything up before they left. They even cleaned the back of the garage door, which had a few smudges on it. Awesome!!! One note: They did mention that my new Chamberlain Garage Door Opener with Wifi would cost $30/month to use the app on my phone. This is incorrect. There is no monthly charge.

They were very concerned about keeping the work site cleaner than they arrived. The product installed was perfectly. They also recommended and installed a new opener which basically eliminated all the previous noise. I can't even hear the door open/close anymore. One first-class company that is professional from first contact on the phone to getting a receipt quickly by email. Technician Bobby Rivera called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He examined the whole door system, not just the broken springs, and clearly gave us options -- good, better, best. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Mr. Rivera completed the work in less than an hour and tested the mechanism thoroughly before he left. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. These guys have earned their A+ rating from the BBB.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time.
