I have been in my house since 2004. First time I’ve had to do major work on the garage since replacing the springs. Steven was very nice and professional. All the noise I was hearing is now gone. The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around.
