I have been in my house since 2004. First time I’ve had to do major work on the garage since replacing the springs. Steven was very nice and professional. All the noise I was hearing is now gone. Just waiting to hear from the technician because we couldn’t get the cars to sync so we wouldn’t have to use the garage door openers.

I was selling my house and on the day of the inspection my garage door stopped working. I was busy at work and had to make a choice quickly. I was dreading that whatever company I chose would put me over a barrel and tell me the whole system needed replacing. Precision had a technician at my house in 30 minutes and they fixed my door for their flat service charge without any BS upsale. The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around. He showed me the issues before and after he completed it. I no longer have loud banging noises when I open the garage door. He did an exceptional job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I knew of overhead door from living up in the northeast. Jeff was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave an overall check through on the rest of the operating parts of the garage door. He made some recommendations and made the repairs right away. He was very curteous and not pushy is any way. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing.
