Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of West Palm Beach

Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.

Not only did he have wonderful interpersonal skills, he also had so much knowledge regarding the problem I was having with my opener, AND explained things to me in terms I could understand. The service I received was fast and very professional. I called first thing in the morning and they arrived as scheduled later in the afternoon, calling before hand to be sure I was available. They say you get what you pay for in services today and this is very true of Precision. They are extremely through in their inspection process and you pay for that service. And they "will" find anything and everything that your garage door may need now or may need in the future. So they offer 3 options to their customers, as to not sticker shock them too much. All three options are high, but as noted they are very professional and knowledgeable and know their stuff. So for that, they get four stars from me.

I am an older gentleman with some physical ailments and had to request Precision Doors move items that were in the way of the installation. Their crew called prior to arriving and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and we discussed the work briefly and I apologize for my garage being in such disarray. They told me not to worry they would handle everything and began work immediately, I returned inside the house while they did the installation. After they had completed the job, they knocked on the door and asked I me to review their work. Before I looked at any of their work, I noticed that everything was put back into its place and the complete garage was swept clean. When I say clean I’m talking about spotless the cleanest it’s been in fifteen years. Normally I would expect a clean up however this exceeded my expectations. My HOA recently had all the road and parking areas stripped off the top portion of asphalt and repaved everything. While they were removing the old pavement it left a large amount of residue inside my garage. Partially because the old garage door (repaired temporarily) did not fit tight at the bottom. And our yard service seems to blow every leaf and grass blade they can find into the garage on purpose. The work was impeccable and 100% professionally done. They handed me the paperwork and reviewed everything with me including the inspection process. This is my second time using Precision, the first time was for the garage door opener, again that went great and is why I chose them for the garage door replacement. I had a very pleasant experience with Precision garage door. I had Jeremy as my Technician and he came out to see if my existing very old unit was compatible with a wireless remote. Once he determined it was not, he took the time to install a new unit, even though I did not schedule an install. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my new unit. He also took the time to sync my cars to the new unit. Finally, being a veteran myself, I found out Jeremy was a veteran and I always try to do business with companies who employ veterans!

This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad.
