This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! The two repair gentlemen that came were so nice, sweet, respectful, professional, and helpful!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them or this company on both occasions when I have needed their help!

I called 2 other companies and had to wait weeks for an appointment. Between the high price and rudeness before they would even show I canceled them. Lucky for me I found Precision Garage doors and Samantha got me a Saturday appointment 2 days later.
