Purchased a new garage door system, top of the line in terms of money. Day of install, the tech scolded me for not having the sides of the garage cleared. I guess it was too much for him to roll a bike to the back of garage. I contacted customer service via email and phone to have a few issues resolved with quality of installation of Door. I paid promptly, so I don't understand why they cannot schedule service. Disappointed with customer service.

I was introduced to Precision door a few years back when we needed a new motor and track. Old unit was worn out and had a noisy chain. New motor and belt driven. A recent roof replacement caused damage to a door panel, and we were given credit towards a new door. Because of previous good experiences with Precision involving the motor/chain replacement & misc. service calls, it was an instant thought to call Precision for the entire door and rails replacement. Ray came out to quote the door, Dwayne and Jake installed the door in professional fashion. Protected surfaces, laid out materials in an organized order, removed old door and rails and immediately removed from area. Installed new door, confirmed proper function, walked me through what I needed to know as end user and left me satisfied with the purchase.
