I chose Precision Doors, since they installed 2 new doors a number of years back and did an outstanding job. I chose the powder coated doors, which will never change & will not ever need to be painted. Then & now, the techs were very nice and professional!

My parents had been happily dealing with Precision Garage Door Svc for years. Now that I'm pretending to be the responsible adult in this house I figured it was a save bet to continue with their service. Great move (patting myself on the back). The tech they sent was Prince C. He was great and honestly answered my questions. When I looked for him on their site he is listed as Trainee. I'm here to tell you they can change that to Namaste! Seemed to truly be a master at his craft! He was also formally a NY kid which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know whether to offer him a bagel or a knish, but in the end I let him do his job and I was a very happy consumer!

I explained the situation that I was having with my garage door and he promised me that he would stop over and take a look at it. I was told that the situation that I was having was easily reparable. First of all, it was my pleasure to meet a repairman that was honest and reliable. He came over to look at things, explain exactly what needed to be done and it was done immediately. The door worked perfectly. We tested it and all was fine. Today, I could not open the door. Shortly after my repair, Merrick was back on his truck and made the necessary repairs and all is fine. I would be thrilled to recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door repair. A simple call was all that was needed!
