Joey called promptly in the time frame that we were told to expect him and gave an estimated arrival time. When he arrived he was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and then did a complete safety and mechanical inspection. Even though the door opener was less than two years old, he found that the previous installation was incorrect and the garage door and coil spring were not properly balanced causing the opener to fail prematurely. Joey had everything needed for an installation on his truck and did not need to order parts or schedule a time to come bank. He completed a new opener installation, lubricated the door rollers, spring and cables and explained how everything worked when he was done. Joey cleaned up after he was done and was very pleasant to talk to! Being new to the area, I did not know who to call to fix the garage door but I am pleased with our choice and would recommend this company and Joey again! Great service! Thank you Joey!

Second time that I have used Precision and both experiences were excellent. Resulted in a very quiet door opening and closing! My appointment was made next day, tech alerted me as to his arrival within the window provided, and tech was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He identified areas of concern that I had not been aware of.
