Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of West Palm Beach

Precision technician Bobby - knowledgeable and friendly - arrived as scheduled and immediately began his assessment of our inoperable garage door opener. He clearly explained why it was not working and what could be done repair-wise and he answered our questions. Given the age of the unit and what it would take to repair it, he recommended replacing it and we agreed. He efficiently and capably installed the opener/track, sensors, wall switch and outdoor keypad. He reviewed each of these components with us and set the code for the keypad. We now have a new, quiet unit with features the old unit didn't have. We should add that we received an email prior to the service call, and after, including our paid invoice. Don't hesitate contacting Precision.

Making appointment was quick and easy, everything happened as planned. Hector called to confirm arrival time, evaluated my needs and completely explained 3 options (good,better and best) When agreed he was one part short, said would go to shop and return in one hour, he did and with partner (Adam). Bobby let me know the time that he would be here the next morning and proceded to replace door opener with belt drive, opening pad, safety beam at bottom, programed 2 cars and explained everything to me in a professional manner, and cleaned up garage.
