Your company's service was great and Bobby, the technician was exceptional. I had a broken spring and called your firm @ 8:10 AM. Bobby called at 10:00 and was on his way. He explained the options and did the repair. Everything works great and he was done in less than an hour. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend your company. Call back and confirmation was impressive as was web site; Richard Perez called half hour before arrival and was earlier than expected. He explained all that was wrong and completed job within 45 minutes with full explanation of what was done; he also recommended "tune-up" service 2-3 times annually to keep doors operating at peak efficiency. We never expected such a professional experience from an "insert advertisement" received a few months earlier - glad we kept it!
