Great warranty experience , called and had a human on the phone without a lot of button pushing , Rep had a tech to my house same day , Tech called to give an ETA of arrival , Julio R , the tech performed the repair and had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the repair in about 1 hour , checked any adjustments and he was on way , Julio was professional and courteous and did a great job. Thanks much !

My garage door opener did not work as it should so I called Precision Door that I used before and was happy with the work done previously. The Service Technision gave me different opinions and I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. He is aldo replaced the hinge and lubricated the door. Jose Espinoza did an excellent job and was very fast, sufficient and friendly and I can highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.
